The market creates the ups and downs... It's not as simple as somebody telling you something, unless they've got more than a million dollars. so how about trading it through swings.

There is no full time programmer on this, if that is what you mean, and things always move more slowly than one would like.could we expect something from this coin in near future?
That said, note that the coin is given to hundreds of new students every year. The coin is listed and has considerable volume on its main exchanges. It's tied to the tutor-web system which is in continuous use in several schools and universities, from Iceland to Kenya. This will not go away, only increase in use.
Most of our development takes place during summer. Last summer we saw two new wallets (coinomi and a breadwallet) along with some other stuff.
Next summer we're hoping to add another mining algorithm plus some new features. Our wish-list is pretty long :-)
I was looking into trading SMLY, i see on 3-4 occasions, there have been huge dumps. Are these dumps by development team ?or miners taking rewards according to you? Or

why bittrex say JBS balances will be swapped at a rate of 1 JBS to 10 UBQ, I think JBS balances will be swapped at a rate of 10 JBS to 1 UBQ.

Both Bittrex and this ANN indicate the coins will be swapped at 1 JBS to 10 UBQ. If you have 100 JBS, post swap you will have 1000.

Bittrex will close the JBS market at 00:01 on the 28th (PST). Jumbucks balances on bittrex will be automatically be swapped to Ubiq at a 1:10 ratio (1JBS = 10UBQ). If you have a balance of 1,000JBS pre swap, post swap you will have 10,000UBQ.
The UBQ market will not open until after the launch and the network has stabilized. The launch will be taking place on the 28th at 12:00 (PST).
I hope this clears up any confusion.

If my JBS are on exchange (bittrex), do i need to do anything to swap to UBQ?

Think about the ones that sold 15000 BTC for $50 a few years ago. You can't predict the future.

why not just buy pascal on cryptopia, if im not wrong i see it there dude
2 bitcoin buy would instantly pump the price to 3k (3x) so basically i would get less coins.
there may be someone who wants to bulk sell, as the buy support is so thin nobody would want to dump.
