Our coin is an actual share, eligible to receive dividends. There is no mining involved and to clarify that there are no pre-mined, pre-generated or reserved coins at all, we added no pre-mine to the title to emphasize this. Unfortunately there is limited space for the title. If this led to any confusion, we apologize.

Why is this listed as no premine when you can't mine the coin and the majority of the coins are already generated for this ICO.

There are no pre-mined, pre-generated or reserved coins at all since we are following a different concept.
Since our coin will represent a share in the company, it can't be mined but comes to existence through value transfer which is referenced in the transaction with a link to the actual transaction on the corresponding blockchain. We call this 'proof of value transfer'. Everyone will be able to review and verify all transactions.

Just wanted to clarify that eldrin posted this on my behalf. He is otherwise not associated with the project.
There are no coins already generated. Coins come into existence by value transfer which is referenced to the corresponding blockchain.
If you send ETH, the transaction that generated your coins will reference the price you bought at, the amount you sent and link the transaction on an ethereum blockchainexplorer.
Since my account is still at Newbie-status please be aware that questions might be answered with a delay (post only every 6 minutes).
