Re: What would happen if you invested a $1 in Bitcoin every day for 5 years
by

If we will just do the math then probably you will be able to get funds and make some money or either earn nor lose because there are times that the price of bitcoin is getting pump up day by day and probably you will feel your losing when it dumps, but the other side will be also good because you will not be able to know how much you invested because you are just looking on the future side of your investments.

Re: Bitcoin for blind people
by
Hawkers7
on 08/09/2020, 09:46:30 UTC
I've been into Bitcoin for quite a few years, and I'm impressed to see how far it has reached in the mainstream world. It's the most widely-adopted cryptocurrency for decentralized payments worldwide without the need for a middleman. In its current state, Bitcoin works wonders for ordinary people like you and me. It's only a matter of putting the right BTC address and the number of coins to send to get started using the Bitcoin blockchain.

However, my concern is how blind people are able to get used to Bitcoin? To my knowledge, wallets (either with a GUI or CLI) don't have "text-to-speech" features to make blind people's lives easier. It'd be great if developers keep blind people in mind to help increase the adoption of the pioneer cryptocurrency in the mainstream world. The only thing I've found is an audiobook of the Bitcoin whitepaper which is a great solution to introduce blind people into the "mechanics" of Bitcoin.

Any thoughts? Huh
After so many years we are seeing that the bitcoin is continuously growing and it's a community as well. Bitcoin is the biggest cryptocurrency that is running and occurring in the market, this probably because of those people who have been continue supporting it. If I will be able to go back to the past I will continuously support bitcoin and buy it.

The bitcoin has done to me so many things just like for example this bitcoin teach me on how to become independent and how to take the risks in order to earn money, and also this bitcoin teach many people on how the the cryptocurrency works in which the bitcoin has the volatility and that there are no person can control the bitcoin price.
This bitcoin was really a safe haven for us because tihs teach us so many things in life.

Re: Which is more risky? Bitcoin or bank investment?
by
Hawkers7
on 27/06/2018, 23:17:02 UTC
Bitcoin is indeed risky. But bank investments are risky too. In our country (coz I'm not sure if this exist in other countries). When you have a large amount on your account they will call you and ask you if you want to invest, minimum of 20,000 Php (or 400 USD). They will propose some investment plans where there is a choice of low, medium, or high risk investment. When you choose the high risk there is a chance to lose or gain 100% of your investment (Medium is 75% and low is 50% if I remember it right). It doesn't make sense to me, it sounds like a scam, they will invest using your money and you don't have any control to it. That is why I like bitcoin more, coz Though it is risky and it's very volatile, you have full control on your investment.

What do you guys think?

Bitcoin is more risky than investing in bank. Simply because if you put your money in a bank it will grow little by little but the bank make sure that you will not loss any of your investments. While, bitcoin, I said it is more risky because you are the one who control your money by deciding whether it  is now the time to invest or to sell just like that.Bank is safer if you would look to both sides.

Re: I almost lost my rock solid regular job because of crypto
by
Hawkers7
on 27/06/2018, 16:44:08 UTC
Like the title says, i almost lost my regular job as a software developer today when my boss reviewed my work. The job has been able to economically provide a comfortable life for me and losing it would really be a big hit to my income. I almost lost it because i spent so much time learning about everything crypto (mining, trading, bounties, etc.).

Has anyone else experienced this? I just feel pretty lucky I was given another chance and want to remind other people that having a regular job is much better than relying on the volatility of cryptocurrencies. Make sure you prioritize your work!

I've experienced that also but in my case, after losing my focus to my studies, I started to clear things out, I know first what should I prioritized and what I need to set aside. You do not need to sacrifice by choosing one of them but you should manage your time to lend your attention to both equally.

Re: Do you have another job besides being a Bounty Hunter?
by

I understand that being a bounty Hunter can make money and improve the family economy, but do you have other jobs? because if I just rely on money from Bounty I think it will not be enough.

Yes, I do have sidelines like selling stuffs or foods and I do any other jobs like printing etc. I agree with you that relying on a bounty is not enough to sustain your needs because not all the time we have an income from our bounties. And some bounties have low price of their tokens so that will not be enough for us. Being strateguc will save you from poor life.

Re: Backup is important
by

Good day, just want to share my experience,
I am using 2fa as my security in my emails and exchange accounts, so one day I nearly lost my phone and that phone holds majority of my pins, 2fa, etc. so I thought I lost all, luckily I found the phone. So now I'm thinking of buying an extra phone for backup. What else do you recommend for backup?

I recommend you to write down all the private information of yours and put it in the safest place you think no one can find out. Don't just put all personal and private informations in 1 gadget only. Make sure your money is not in one place only. You should divide it and place in different wallet. And the last thing is make sure you protect it in all cost.

Bitcoin is starting to climb up again. Where do you think think does it end up by the end of the quarter or eventually by the end of 2018.

No one really knows what would be the situation of bitcoin for the next months, even in the end of 2018. We cannot predict its fluctuations; all we have to do is to trust tgis crypto coin. I believe it will pump its value sooner or later so, just hold your bitcoin investment and don't panic sell.

Re: Bitcoin have more risks than benefits?

Bank of Spain, in Madrid, says that the bank of cryptocurrencies, bitcoin, it's not worth it, and there are more risks than benefits. There are more innovations and they are having more effect.

Notices: https://traders.fxstockbroker.com/article/use-of-crypto-currencies-has-more-risks-than-benefits-bank-of-spain-head
             https://www.compuserve.com/news/world/story/0002/20180523/KCN1IO0YB_1

What is your opinion?

Actually, being a part of this cryptocurrency world is agreeing to be involved in taking risks. Successful investors and traders wouldn't become rich if they haven't take risks. With taking risks, everything you want to achieve will be all worth it. Bitcoin is beneficial to all its users. I disagree with the statement that bitcoin has more risks than its benefits. You cannot achieve something beneficial if you would not put risks on it. If there are more risks on bitcoin than its benefits then why is it that there are still many users that invests on bitcoin?

Re: the benefits of managing bitcoin
by
Hawkers7
on 27/05/2018, 06:11:29 UTC
when bitcoin prices are drops, I think we better talk more about the positive value of bitcoin. do not think about the value of bitcoin today, because thinking about it will only make us panic and confused. enough G20 make us calm.

So, now. we are talking about the benefits of bitcoin if bitcoin managed well.

what do you think if bitcoin is managed well by a country?

Well if a country finally embraces bitcoin and invested a lot for it then bitcoin price finally rise up. The country would be rich after taking the risk that bitcoin may dump. If bitcoin is manage well by the country then I think it is one of the ways to pump bitcoin and earn a lot of money that will help the economy.

Re: Nakababahala ang KYC, Bakit?
by
Hawkers7
on 26/05/2018, 16:07:45 UTC

Yep.

on 25/05/2018, 15:30:50 UTC
Hi, i am in search of a simple issue. I want to buy or sell btc using my paypal or payoneer account. Is it possible??
Respective experts are requested to share the knowledge. I might search in google. But truly, I don't get support there as I get in this forum.

I did not experience buying bitcoins using paypal account but I just want to add aside from other exchangers I use an app to buy bitcoins. We have coins.ph. This is a wallet wherein you can buy bitcoins in a fast transactions. You just need to convert your currency into bitcoins. If you want to try you can find it on playstore or even in apple store. But ofcourse it has a small fee.

Re: Is It advisable to quit my present job for bitcoin?
by

on 11/12/2017, 23:25:15 UTC
Bitcoin trading these days has become so rucreative that I am tempted to quit my present job which is not giving me enough time to explore more out of bitcoin world...

What's your take on this, should I go ahead and quit?

Thanks
No its not a good idea to quit job even you earn huge amount here. It is still better to have a permanent job for secury of your income. Bitcoin was not that permanent as no body knows what will happen in the future. What if it is disappear and you dont have job your life will become miserable so its better to have a job while using it.

Re: Is Bitcoin a currency or asset?
by
Hawkers7
on 11/12/2017, 21:43:14 UTC
For me currency and asset is same . bitcoin is asset becuase many people keep it for their future money and because of this value people use this to buy anything that they want like paying bills or buy a stuff  . bitcoin is currency becuase bitcoin give a profit to us .
Yes bitcoin is somehow a currency and asset. It provides money to every users which we can used in pur daily lives or fornthe things that we need. The fact why people keep it because it gives profit to them every time bitcoin price increase. As of now it still a virtual currency because the government doesnt accept it. On the hand bitcoin still useful as you can have a fiat currency with it by just converting.
