Ошибка вывода USD с CEX.IO и никакого решения в течение 3 суток! 05 октября 2017 года я вывел двумя заявками 2000USD и 1000USD на карту VISA Альфа-Банк. Первый вывод благополучно зачислился на карту, второй висит в статусе pending. В таблице транзакций после списания первого вывода 2000USD отображается ошибочное сальдо о выводе 3000 вместо 2000USD. При первом обращении в службу поддержки ответ пришел через несколько "долгих" часов: "разбирайтесь со своим банком". После второго обращения мой вопрос был передан в финансовую службу, но до сих пор никакого ответа не поступило. Я написал 7 писем в поддержку, но кроме автоматического "принято к рассмотрению" никакого ответа не поступает до сих пор. Служба поддержки работает отвратительно, достучаться невозможно. Остальные выводы приходили моментально, это реально круто, но этот оказался ложкой дегтя. Будьте осторожны. Сотрудники службы поддержки cex.io, займитесь решением моей ситуации и проявляйте уважение к своим клиентам, напишите что проблема понятна и будет решена к такому то сроку, а не молчите, это будет вежливо и порядочно и сохранит лояльность, не ведите себя как жулики. Про биржу до настоящего момента были только положительные впечатление. Я считаю ее единственной достойной для России после падения BTC-E, особенно за ввод и вывод фиатных денег. На карту VISA Альфа-Банк деньги приходят моментально, комиссия за транзакцию 3,8USD, максимальная транзакция 2000USD, максимум в день для верифицированных 3000USD. Объемы достаточные, не в сравнение с exmo. Все работало идеально и я нарадоваться не мог, что нашел такой вариант. Но то, что происходит сейчас, просто меня удивляет такое отношение к собственному бизнесу. Я вывел оставшиеся деньги с биржи до решения моего вопроса.
