You should be able to get 800+ on those cards each.

settings, please? I can't get over 740 with mine, MSI has been a much better performer for me than sapphire dual-x or gigabyte windforce

800+ is impossible.  My elcheapo MSI 280X only gets 688kH, because it's crappy core only does 980MHz stable.  720kH is the normal top-end speed of these cards, 800kH is a drug-induced hallucination.

I won't bother wasting my time trying to help people out in this thread anymore.

Good, we didn't ask for you help in the first place.  Tongue

Dude i am pritty sure you will be burning more electricity up than making any profit with that setup, are you not aware of this?

That's your opinion.  Mining is a long term investment - BTC price goes up, so the more you can mine now the more you can save for when BTC is worth $2000 (or perhaps $10k).

2x V1 Blades, 1x Cube, 1x Jalapeno, 1x Intel NUC in TranqilPC passive case, TPLink switch, Corsair CX750 PSU, old Dell PSU driving the Cube.

Cube has the fan bolted to the outside due to a few added 10000uF caps to make the thing actually work.  Roll Eyes  Not pictured is the other Jalapeno, and a Block Erupter which are hanging off a TPLink router running OpenWRT.  I'm also waiting for a couple of NanoFurys to arrive.

You keep them sitting next to your window? Where do you live?

On the 1st floor by the look of it.

I'll have more anecdotes once I get the second rig cased over the weekend.

I'll be keeping an eye on this thread, I'll be interested to hear your findings. Smiley

Additions and consolidations

Maybe the next addition should be a vacuum cleaner?

The structural stability of the case provides a ~5-10GHs increase in hash-rate vs not having the rig cased.

How does that work?

Only if you buy cheap-ass wifi equipment.

That would make one bad ass gaming rig. lol

ATI has enough trouble getting two GPUs to Crossfire properly.  It'd actually be a pretty shitty gaming rig.  Tongue

That's a C19/C20 connection.  It's an easy-to-find cable, as most UPS over 2kVA use that connection.

is that windows XP though? i have all mine running on 7 with no issues. Smiley

no that is windows 7. and actually i just moved all 121 to the same computer

Err...not really exponentially.  But, hey, don't let facts get in the way of a good argument.

I do not understand this 'hobby' deal , I mean this is a business , this is not a hobby , if you are rich enough to consider this a hobby ,

People spend thousands modifying their cars.  Cars which end up worth less than a standard car when they go to sell.

People spend thousands buying bicycles to ride along the road, when a £90 Chinese bike would do exactly the same thing.

Hobbies are all, without exception, a way of 'wasting' money.  Because you go to work to earn money, so you can spend it.  That's the point.  If you didn't want to spend money, there'd be no point in going to work in the first place.
