Just an idea. Maybe you can airdrop using Ukraine mobile SIM number and IMEI combination. Just put an SMS tipbot like the one in Dogecoin at http://fido.pw/. I know many people have more than 1 SIM and mobile phone but some people have more KHs in mining too. This is much faster distribution. We have discuss this in our plan PhCoin for Philippines in https://www.facebook.com/groups/cryptominersph/ but we need a developer community to help us.
So, maybe we need only mobile number, nor SIM+IMEI?
We have developers and want to work on such projects. Let's communicate about this.

If you have better idea, we are ready to listen. Our goal is to give this coin to every Ukraine Citizen, and make it popular, for high price.
Auroracoins distribution of 50% are just to make the coin popular. You want to help the poor ukrains? Make it over 80% for them.
Another gread idea I have is why dont buy cheap coins like auroracoins a week ago or other promising altcoins and put them in a donation pot. Later on we exchange that to UAH and send that money directly to every citizen that claims money! We can show how easily money can be made by cryptos for the public and help them as well.
The ukrains have enough trouble right now to claim a weird crypto altcoin they never heard of and they surely have no time to exchange that to BTC and then to USD and then to UAH. Thats impossible to do for the vast majority
You think that there are no people, who understand something in technology @ Ukraine? Metro 2033 & Last Light, STALKER and other cool games are from Ukraine. You have grandmother, who need help? Scan her passport, send email and get UC, change it to UAH or RUR or USD or EUR @ exchange and send fiat money.
Idea is to give a chance for people to support people, by mining, trading and make this coin popular. Haters are such haters...

We are here, in NOW, not in "a week ago". Ukraine ATMs converts USD really easy to UAH, as they do with RUR also. With 80% premine there is no way to make this coin popular - no popularity, no high price...

VERY BAD distribution plan.
Why you think so? We don't need any private information about citizen, scan of number only proves that this guy/girl is really Ukraine Citizen.
Not at all. Do you have a goverment database to approve that scans? Do you have any competent validation service and trustful emloyees for that? I can photoshop several million ID's... I like this intension, but it's doomed by design.
To prevent fraud actions we need scan of number. It's not too easy to photoshop number of passport undetected and there are some ways to check validity of Ukraine passport number (answer is VALID or NOT VALID), so we will selectively check information (because one check costs 50 EUR). We understand, that first time there will be no 45 mln of e-mail's. After some time - maybe, but then there will be a big team to support us.
