The amount i invest into ICO is not always fixed. What i do  most times is that, if i have any money to invest into ICOs of invest, i always divide the investments among the ICOs. I do not put my egg in one basket. For instance, if i have $200 with me, i would divide into 4 different parts and invest into 4 ICOs.

project like that wont have a future plan, and almost of that ico is a scammy thing. whitepaper is important in every project introduce to the community because it helps to someone who planning to invest or a wanting to join to their team, and also hunters are looking for those documents.

I think when  price of crypto is down the main thing is not panic and don't sell for low price. Of course it depends which altcoins do you hold. Some of it can never rise again. But if you have perspective good alts it better to wait. The market will grow up again some day.

I disagree that all the tokens issued on ERC20 are scam. I found one good project - Cryptics, which does use ERC20. It doesn't look like scam. They have the MVP which used a lot of people for trading and the other proofs of their fairness
