I think this day will never come because bank deals with stable currency on the other hand bitcoin is totally unstable currency and banks will never going to take risk.

Government can put a ban on bitcoin and declared it illegal but government cant stop the user to using bitcoin and crypro currency because it is a blockchain based system and internet can not be regulated.

I think it is not possible now to curb bitcoins volatility because the market of bitcoin is still small and and need long time to reach on a stable position.
