конечно. Блокчей позволит сделать игру честной и нормальное перемешивание колоды.
Каким образом блокчейн будет мешать колоду? это будет делать тот же предвзятый ГСЧ что и на покер старс. Я думаю  почти все игроки нынешних покер румов знают проблему с ГСЧ  и если кто то сделает справедливую раздачу карт, то все игроки ломанутся туда.
Все верно гчс, но его нельзя будет накрутить. Понятное дело что казино всегда будет в прибыли, кто-то будет проигрывать, а кто-то выигрывать. Но казино всегда будет в плюсе. По этому выгодно инвестировать.
