I think ICOs mostly lock team tokens,or those that are sold during private sales,but i dont think that Loligo has to lock presale or public sale tokens,as their bonus is not too big,and it wont cause dumping.

If I remember right the fee will never increase no matter what.It will always be 0.1 AGT per transaction.That is why I like Agate so much.
