I want to experience to be a token holder of your project. Do you have any bounty campaign?

Please contact the community via email from our website for any marketing or bounty related questions.  Thank you.

How much is the discount for tokens every token sale stage?

I have read the answer in this thread. Here:

Whitelist Sale : $0.40 per token
Pre-Sale:  $0.50 per token
Public Sale I: $0.60 per token
Public Sale II:  $0.70 per token
Public Sale III:  $0.75 per token

And the dates are in their website. Still no fixed date. Only January 15, 2019 for Whitelist period starting date.

Thank you for answering. I'll just check the further details on their website.

Why do you want to work with global developers. What are the benefits? Is this not hard to accomplish? Well, you have a great team so I believe in this project.

The benefit of working with global developers is that we mandate the registration of all new properties that are built. That means every residential, commercial and industrial property built by our global partners will be registered on Devolve’s blockchain platform in addition to registering with local governments. This will create an accurate, secured and faster growing database making it easier for adoption and eventually getting rid of the current local registration process.

Now I understand well. Thank you for answering. Hoping the project goes well along the road.

This project is a bomb and I hope this will be successful in the future. I want to grab the chance of creating value by just parking my tokens in any of large scale developement projects and earn token awards.

Nice presentation. But I want to ask what is the difference between primary market and secondary market in real estate business?

Devolve Developer does not engage in property leasing, rentals, condo conversions and flipping which are investment strategies for secondary market investors to earn modest returns from income.
Devolve Developer positioned themselves in the primary real estate market as a developer who builds large scale sub-division projects and other development properties which are sold to businesses operating in the secondary market. Devolve Developer is comparable to being the manufacturer of properties and selling these properties to wholesale businesses that offer fractionalized ownership to their token holders.

Thank you for answering. I'm now enlightened. Does this means it will generate higher return on investments?

Re: Is it risky to buy not top 100 crypto currencies?
by

Hey what do you think, is it risky to buy crypto currencies that are not top 100? I mean do you have a higher chance to lose your money or not?

For me yes. There is a great reason why those coins are in the top 100 and obviously it is because they are the top coins you might want to consider investing. They are less risky and have shown potential for growing. But there is nothing wrong about exploring and finding your own unpopular favorite coin. Just be sure that you did enough research about it so that you will avoid regrets.

Re: Ethereum at $1000 in Jan 2018?
by

on 29/06/2018, 20:17:55 UTC
Many people expect much greater value than just 1000$. Etherium is expected to grow further than 2000$. The value of 1000$ per eth is already achieve late last year and it is expected to happen again later this year. Many wait for the month pf september to november because this is the assumed time range where ceyptocurrencies will regain its past value.

Re: What can you say about the low price of bitcoin and altcoins today?
by
Hirameki
on 24/06/2018, 13:32:39 UTC
So many predictions around, so many reasons why bitcoin and altcoins price went so low from December 2017.

What do u think are the real reasons why?

There are a lot of reasons to this. It can never be just because of one factor. The crypto market has a lot of stuffs going on. There goes increasing number of ICO projects, new cryptocurrencies, FUDs, banning of ads of cryptos etc. Now, the market is very volatile and can be influenced easily by these stuffs. We can never point out which is the greatest contributor but we can name some.

It is one thing to consider to know if a project is a great place for your money. But not all projects with working products are successful, same to as not all those which have no working products are unsuccessful. It depends whether the project really makes sense. Some projects are repetitive and are too mainstream that despite of having a working product, ends up failing. You should consider other factors as well such as the team behind it etc

I have read articles about icobench's ico experts asking for payment for a high rating. Thay made me think twice about using icobench as my reference for good icos. I am using icorating as of not and so far it's giving me good projects. Still, I'll check the latter links you shared. Definitely helpful.

If you were already engaged in crypto a year ago then I must tell you that you missed the chances of gaining money with a lesser risk. You should have joined a forum that involves crypto way before you engaged yourself in it. It is important that you are aware of the community's trend and way of thinking regarding your concerns. This is a good place to know news, ask assistance and opinions, consult technical experts or predict the market's movement yourself. Read here and learn.

Re: Sending in fake ID for KYC
by

on 23/06/2018, 12:59:39 UTC
It is a gamble to send fake data and find your account frozen at a later point of distribution. For sure not an easy task checking IDs from dozens of countries.

As well as sending real ones, but I can see your point here. It is difficult to risk your money just like that. You choose your own ending: you might lose your money after they discover that you are using a fake identity or your personal data may be used against you. It's really a 50-50. Its just how tough are you at risking.

Re: possibilities for crypto
by

The basic and the most important thing about crypto is that it is decentralized. Some country may ban crypto but they cannot control and manage it. I see bright future in the crypto industry and my opinion is from the ICO projects that are circulating today. Many of the ICOs today focus on applications of crypto from internet to physical innovations.

Re: Bounty campaign - waste of time or great passive income?
by
Hirameki
on 23/06/2018, 08:38:16 UTC
I believe that bounty is an opportunity to have great income in just I can say as minimal work. Technically, bounty campaign pays you for how much you work and it will bring you profit that is proportional to the ICO's success. It is very hard to be assured that the ICO will be a success but you can always check ICO rating sites or even the ICO site itself. Many of the ICO information and legibility proofs are broadcasted in those sites.

Re: What to do now???
by

Well, the best you can do is to be patient, wait for the right time to sell, and just continue on holding. There is nothing logical about selling when the price is low. The cpnceot of actual stock business, you should buy or hold on to as many asset as possible if the price is low. Also, you should only sell when the price hiked.

Re: I will never join AirDrop programs any more

There is nothing wrong about obtaining assets for free. You basically obtain free coins in which as of now may have low value or no value at all but still, coins are coins and the market is still and will never be at a fixed price. You can't say but what if some years after, your "worthless coin" now worth more than 10$ a piece. Continue joining airdrops just have faith and be thankful for free coins.

Re: Is there an only reason for the current market?
by
Hirameki
on 20/06/2018, 15:33:53 UTC
The crypto market is not just influenced by one happening. When you look at it, you've got to look at different sides because there are several things happening at the same time and you might not notice it but these affect the market, if not big, little by little. There goes FUDs, the correction period, the manipulators or the so-called whales, etc.

Remember that the market is volatile and is affected not just by one, but of many reasons.

Re: What service missing in cryptoworld?
by
Hirameki
on 08/06/2018, 11:05:24 UTC
A real crypto bank is missing or it doesn't really matter as our wallets is the one that serves our bank accounts.

My idea is that a bank or an establishment that totally focuses with banking service but the currency will be in cryptocurrencies, mainly with bitcoin and few altcoins.

Bank for cryptocurrency will ruin the basic principle of being your own bank without the need to trust any 3rd party. However it might serve good purpose due to some people being used to ordinary banking which means that they are used to ask somebody for every trouble they have. They don't want to think for themselves. But banking with crypto should be secure, very secure. There are some banks trying to be made such as crypterium and bankera but we have yet to see what they can do.

I think he is suggesting a bank service that if you deposit your cryptocurrency you will get an interest annually by simply depositing it regardless of the current price and value of bitcoin just like the flat currency. Maybe its too risky to do this but its worth it to to give a try because the market is still young and we can do many things like loan services that could make our bitcoin grow specially if you don't have the money to start yet.
