linux/mac definitely seem better at this than windows.

Problem is in reality every chip can be hacked using ion beams. but generally your safer with a hardware wallet than the alternatives.

Never use online wallets. Many sites/exchanges have been hacked. If you can get a hardware wallet or at least paper wallet. Make sure you have the private keys.

Unfortunately everyone seems to be going off hype of projects and then they get bitten and behold you get a bearish market. guys invest in icos that you believe in for the technology. for how they disrupt centralized system and whether you believe the team with their partners can deliver. dont go on hype.

Your questions is wrong... you should be buying in a bearish market and selling in a bullish one. buy low sell high. simple!

Is this a security token or utility?

Just curious as an investor myself, whether you feel the market is moving towards equity tokens instead of security or utility. And would having that equity in a business give greater investor confidence?

I advise get in early and seed or pre-sale or main sale with a bonus.

Hold or even invest in the ones that have real users using them.

depends... look at the technology and the team if they are constantly pushing the technology and more and more people are using it then in the long run it could be massive. too many people are out of a quick buck.

also remember crypto currencies still are not main stream. when they become main stream then value is bound to increase. especially of bitcoin

Once they properly switch eth to using PoS the value should be much more as those holding eth will profit so have more of a reason to hold and not sell.

Why? Because theres too my hype. People who have little or no understanding of potential of blockchain buy into it when they hear stories of lots of money being made, they dont understand the revolutionary technology behind it and suddenly sell at the first sign of bad news.  creating  a tsunami effect
