Hello everyone,

We'd like to address the ongoing case associated with the username @Eoveriero and apologize for the delayed response.

After a thorough review, including consultations with various internal departments and Betby's (provider) risk management team, we want to briefly let you know the case and introduce our decision.

The provider's risk management team has identified the betting behavior exhibited by OP as a suspicious pattern. Furthermore, certain restrictions were imposed by the same team, but for confidentiality reasons, we cannot go into the specifics of the user's strategy. However, it's important to highlight that these actions are against the rules.

Recognizing the complexity of this situation, we've decided to allow the user to withdraw funds amounting to $279.6 (Even though this amount was originally supposed to be in Freemoney). After that, the account will be permanently closed. Our decision is a goodwill gesture from the FortuneJack Team, underscoring our respect for the forum and its members.

Cheers,

great news
However, goodwill only applies to the author of the topic??? The one who shouted the most will be heard?!
I also have a complaint with a similar case. If you look at my comment in this thread.

I will try to duplicate this message to your email.

I ask the author of this topic not to close this thread yet! I hope to hear a response to my request or leave a response received by email.

I heard your request not to close this message thread because you have the same case.
Today and tomorrow I won't close the topic. Considering that Fortunejack usually responds to email very quickly (no more than one day), you will have enough time to leave your feedback on your communication. After that, you will either open a new thread or leave a positive review, this will be your path. The day after tomorrow the topic will be closed!

Since the casino representative's comment, I have received a full refund based on the goodwill of the company.
I have no complaints about Fortunejack. After identity verification, all money was withdrawn.

Now I must thank the Bitcointalk community, you provide communication between ordinary small clients and large representatives of the company, only they can help solve a non-standard case.

I also want to say thank you to Fortunejack Casino. For many years of work you have an ideal reputation, now I understand why!

Thank you for your activity.
I received a similar response from Fortunejack as you.
My account was already verified, so I quickly withdrew the money to my wallet on the same day.

I would like to apologize to Fortunejack if my previous comments seemed rude. There were just a lot of emotions at that moment.
At the moment, Fortunejack has acted like a decent bookmaker and has proven his impeccable reputation to everyone!
I'm happy.

oh man
I have exactly the same problem!
only my story is even more confusing =(
Fortunejack didn't credit me with the bonus at all!
Fun fact: I checked the maximum bet size and it was fine! I just wanted to bet on an unpopular market and was wondering how much I could bet.
At the same time, I contacted the support chat asking why I was not credited with the already activated bonus. The next day I was credited with part of the bonus. Then I wrote again, and in the end they credited me with the entire bonus. When I tried to place a bet, my limit was also greatly reduced, so there was no way to use the bonus!
In my case, I know for sure that my maximum bet was reduced at the same time as the bonus was awarded! This looks like a bonus scam.

Now I am corresponding with the support service, which tells me that nothing can be done!
But I immediately give them the example that at first you didn’t give me any bonuses at all! Then they added the first part, then another. I currently have two active bonuses that cannot be used.
I immediately asked the support that if you have already divided my bonus into two parts, then you can split it again, into many $2 bonuses, so that I can place bets!
But they told me that nothing could be done!

I keep messaging Fortunejack, but it sounds a lot like a bonus scam! I know for sure that before the bonus was credited, my maximum bet was high! And as soon as the bonus was credited, the maximum bet immediately became very low!
Fortunejack writes that it’s all the provider’s fault! But in this example of mine, I immediately see that the issue can be resolved even now by split the bonus, but Fortunejack refuses to do so! Also, the fact that before the bonus there were no betting limits speaks of casino fraud!
