Firstly, I wouldn't put too much faith in the power readings shown by ccminer, although the difference does appear to be significance.

What utilities are you using to adjust clock settings and power limits?

i am using msi after burner for all vga, i have 3 kinds of 1060 : asus strix , asus dual , msi gaming x but this issue only happen on gamingx

no idea, but you should put your memory at 0, or even negative. Maybe your temp limit is the problem

It still happens with mem 0 or core 0, temp limit is 72 degree but the highest temp on my system is only 65.
