I couldn't find any wallet that provides you with fee options. Why not do setup the gas fee manually? You can do that with a Metamask wallet.

In general, bsc wallets like metamask set a recommended default fee, so you can bypass transaction fee input. For example, if there is a feature such as rejecting the transaction if it exceeds the set fee limit, user will still reset it to a higher fee limit if they wants the transaction to be processed immediately.
