I had installed while ago zelcash-wallet-windows_0.0.0.2.
Tried to get it started but I receive this error:
"A general unexpected critical error has occurred:
error: couldn't connect to server: EOF reached (code 1)
(make sure server is running and you are connecting to correct RPC port)
See the console/logfile output for more detailed error information!"
This nodes I have on zelcash.conf:
addnode=node.zel.cash
addnode=45.63.86.148
addnode=199.247.8.181
addnode=45.76.128.62
addnode=45.76.186.252
RPC user/pass is the default one generated when installation was done.
Any ideas?

We have updated nodes since then, and that is what causes that error. Please remove those "addnodes" and paste in the below:
addnode=node.zel.cash
addnode=node1.zel.cash
addnode=node-eu2.zelcash.com
addnode=node-eu.zelcash.com
addnode=node-asia.zelcash.com
addnode=node-uk.zelcash.com
addnode=zelnode.cloudpools.net
Let me know if you continue to have issues. But I am on the same Swing wallet version with those nodes in my conf file and have not had any problems.
I was very tired trying to sync my wallet. I have change my conf file. I changed my config file with both of the above shown examples.
After running zelcashd -reindex in both cases, after some time I was unable to get more than 609693 transactions (shown below):

Tо enable mining, add 'gen=1' to your zelcash.conf and restart

This error is caused by ZCash incorporating Overwinter and the fix is simple:
If you are encountering problems in Zelcash FullNode wallet, please open your zelcash.conf file and write following line:
disablesafemode=1
Zelcash_Wallet_0.0.0.2.jar it is the first could wallet. It works on JAVA script I think.If you are encountering problems in Zelcash FullNode wallet, please open your zelcash.conf file and write following line:

yes, it was the first Zelcash full node wallet, but changes to Zcash protocol affects all forked coins from them. Moving to Overwinter broke the swing wallets for all coins including ZCash. Adding the line above to your config file fixes the problem.

В связи с уже имеющим место быть изменением в законодательстве и, как мне кажется, грядущей войне на ведьм (то бишь майнеров),
хочу предложить, может кого и заинтересует, перенос мощностей в Туркменистан
Проживаю я в Туркменистане имею 2-ное гражданство РФ тоже.
Наше законы никак не регулирует крипту, а электричество почти даром 1кВт=0,004$
В связи с уже имеющим место быть изменением в законодательстве и, как мне кажется, грядущей войне на ведьм (то бишь майнеров),
хочу предложить, может кого и заинтересует, перенос мощностей в Туркменистан
