My only issue with that list is it assumes everyone there is somehow supporting Paycoin... I know at least a few people's addresses that were listed are hardcore against paycoin and were just caught up in your net.
A lot of people just watch those for the entertainment value and are in no-way associated with GAW/XPY.

Impressive... I'm not suprised it came though, he has to follow through on the first few orders. The real question is what will happen when Beta is out.. Anyone can exceed expectations during a short testing phase.
Garza has shown time and time again he fails at mass adoption... either fails or just doesn't care. He still has a very very long way to go before he has any trust in this community.
I boggles my mind that Josh would hire a well known scammer to build his website. Why on earth would you even make yourself look worse? He knows everything he does is gone over in detail.
And coinstand has nothing to do with GAW? The package contained a letter specifically saying "a gift from Homero"... Good god, he can't even cover his tracks of lies anymore.

To be honest - I've literally just started, so I'm trying to get information together, path forward, legal opinions etc. I'm not asking for any money (could change). Obviously, my time is free but when/if we progress with legal money may become a factor. That can be discussed when we see how this goes.
First, I need to identify who can help us and how. What type of time frame is involved and associated costs.

You can't do anything against him that's the magic but if you want to lose time and money go on.

At this point they shares are worth so little on the open market it seems foolish to sell it and give up any opportunity of your backpay and future use.

Is no one at this thread talking about the latest update from Chris at Gear's Home page , ie., that he apparently is asking everyone to pay a fee before he pays them 7 or 8 weeks of missing payments??
I just logged in and saw this.
Honestly, before buying shares a long time ago, I emailed him and at that time he said there will be an annual recurring fee for maintenance and replacing faulty hardware.
Balance is still showing up as "pending", I assume for anyone. Or is there anyone who has something?
Nope... Consensus from about 4 different forums I follow is not a single person has a balance showing.. I'd venture a guess that's a pretty good indicator of LTCG customers overall...
But... at least we got an update saying he wants more money!!!

I highly doubt Chris would charge us the tax before he pays us... He'll either deduct the tax from what we're owed or do some sort of options to withdraw the balance and pay the tax and keep your shares... Or take it all and give up the shares.
It would be extremely foolish/oversight to make us pay first after 8 weeks of late payments... Would make absolute zero sense.

I wonder how many people are taking this into their own hands. A lot of money has been lost and a lot of good information has been posted with a decent amount of leads. I'm sure we're only a small % of people posting that has lost, but we do know there are a lot of big ones probably watching this thread.

Yea... I have a sizable amount in LTCG and some even larger than me.. So.. this is millions of dollars at stake here... This isn't the type of money you just walk away from typically..
Authorities.... Or worse.... And, if it is a scam and he has been stringing us along I really don't care what people do in response to it. Scammers bring this on themselves knowing full well they could go to jail or even be killed/maimed by those you robbed.
