I didn't have the transaction ids either, mine went from exchange to btc-arbs wallet, and the exchange only keeps a limited amount of transaction history in the logs. I have a screenshot of my balances, however I am willing to settle for the 1 BTC and you can give the remaining (.2 I believe) to someone else. But I'm probably on the extremely low priority list anyhow.

I have been monitoring the thread closely, and the very day the btc-arbs admin responded I sent an email to him about my account as well and have not seen an email yet, or a deposit for that matter. I didn't lose a large amount as most other people, however I was at 1.13 BTC in legacy and left the trickle in the available balance because I did intend in the long run to invest more. Honestly if he would reopen the site and resume trading in my funds I would as well. If not, keep the .2 and send me back the 1BTC and I can pay off a bill.

The point of my investing was long term and the wife wouldn't ask questions about how much I have for the next dumbass thing she wants to do. I do think its bullshit that his daughter has to get threats, but I do feel like some transparency would have calmed a lot of people down sooner.

After being burned on what appeared to be a legit arbitrage site what gives yours any credibility? How are you going to show transparency of the wallets?

I like many others have nearly the entire amount stuck in "legacy account" and have not received one reply since the "acquisition". Only thing I get now is pitiful legacy account transfers that I am not making anything off of. I don't give 2 shits right now what the results bring if I am not getting credit for what was already deposited and should be rightfully able to withdraw at any time instead of this legacy runaround.

Seems to me like a gox going on and we are all getting the shaft. Waiting this whole time on my 1.16BTC to transfer out of legacy over the course of two years is not going to cause me to invest with them ever again.
