I did this. My Computer restarted during the night. I think my droplets are still mining and likely do not need any supervision until the time comes to shut them down?

EDIT: It seems I must keep these windows open for the servers to keep mining. Oh well.

Also, is there a way to change the root password? This must be a totally noob question for all you Linux pros out there, but I am totally new to this...

And thanks!!! Cheesy

Code:
passwd root

Is there a switch missing here? That does not work, and I looked at the "help" the OS offers, but it does not help me out at all. Sad

Well, I am not a developer myself, so I'm not going to do any coding. I did write in pure C language back in the MS-DOS days, but that is a long while ago. I can, however, design these tools, and explain the mathematical formulae involved in creating them.

I might work very happily with a partner, creating the very first full suite of professional-grade trading tools for cryptocurrencies. Not only can we, as creators of such tools, make some decent income out of this, but it would usher crypto trading into a new era, that of actual financial markets trading, same as stock or derivatives exchanges.

This is a very exciting opportunity for ambitious developers, actually.

Is mine-pool.net a SCAM?

I was happily mining Quarks on there, until an auto transfer of 5 quarks never made it to my wallet.

I don't like this.

Moreover, the guy's support contact form is not working.

Is anyone else having problems or am I just unlucky?

Is there a way to get in touch with that guy happily taking 2% of my mining without providing an easy way to contact him?

Anyone?

Thanks

Hi,

I'm new here. I've been mining for a little while, on a number of machines I have at home. Some Netcoin, Spots, Quarks, Qubit, Doge, and a few others I'm forgetting.

Anyway, I am a retired stock broker and trader, and I am looking at these new currencies with much interest. One aspect in which I see a great opportunity is in adapting traditional trading tools to these new markets, as what is currently available seems quite basic to say the least.

So yeah, someone can make a very nice business developing trading tools, I am sure. Heck, I could help, given the experience I have in the fireld... Wink

...and your contact form is down on your pool site.

Sorry for posting that on here, but it looks like the only way, since his contact form is not working?

Thanks
