If we started just in that time range, by then we did not have any platform started or realized. Since then we are working on the development, our main mistake was to focus on the development and not invest some time in advertising and advance sales. That's why we are now looking for an investor.
Isn't it what you are asking is to huge for a initial investment? 1.2 - 2 BTC is a big amount as far as I know. And the benefits? Getting your tokens? there is ano assurance that the investors can make a good profit out of your token because there is no guarantee success here. And why your criteria for a investors needs some technical background? Doesn't make sense at all to me. I would agree that the investors needs to be engage as some point in time, but not necessarily should have the technical expertise.
I ask you to have an initial technical knowledge, because not many know the MasterNode technology and must understand it to know exactly the benefits and risks that they will have investing.
As I said before, it is not necessary to have any knowledge, it is only recommended, but if you only want to invest, it will be well accepted. As for the contract guarantee is totally the same as in all projects, the guarantee is given by our work and effort and the support of the community. But I honestly think that this is a great project and we can be great in a short time because our team of developers is great.
If you are a competence developer and try to ask exchange site to audit your project and when you get approval and do your IEO. that will not help you a lot when you are not even giving a real proof and then you are seeking for the investors for that.

It really is a big project, it takes time to develop it, since our hosting platform is finished, we are focused on finishing our Exchange since we know that this will be our strong point.
I don't think it will succeed, there are many big hosting companies in the world. And the second thing, look at their website, is this website for a hosting company?
We not only depend on Hosting, we know that there is competition and we want to provide the best services at the lowest price. But we also have our investment platform that in my opinion will be our strong point.

How can you make sure that your investment has minimal knowledge about blockchain and how can you make sure they'd integrate with your project as much as possible? Does that mean you'll cut off your agreement if they don't contribute even if they've given you the money?

In no way the agreement will be cut, because we can make the agreement in a legal way, obviously we are drawing a panorama in which the investor can help us in some areas of the project, but otherwise it would not be any problem. In fact the investor will get a considerable amount of our tokens once we close the deal.
Regarding your recommendation, it is for this that we are developing the platforms, to make our token useful. All our platforms use our token as a means of payment, even our exchange will burn our token as shipping commissions.

Nice try. I haven't seen a hosting company actually did this though but annual fee for hosting plan 1 is just 5 HSTC, that's very sleek how much is the price of each token that you have to ask 1.2-2 BTC for every investor? Real company or just a reseller? As for me that just want to create a simple page with my portfolio of previous jobs I did in the past 1GB of diskspace is enough.
The prices on our Hosting page are still arbitrary, the prices will go down to 2 or 3 once we go to exchange, in our presales the HSTC tokens were sold at a price of 0.0003 BTC, but that is just one of our platforms we are also developing our own exchange and other projects, I would like you to read a little more about us.
We are not looking for several investors, we are only looking for an investor that contributes that amount and will obtain benefits directly as a member of our team. The project is not a Hosting platform, we are developing a series of platforms taking advantage of our own servers (As Shared MasterNode platforms, Exchange) Obviously we will sell hosting on one of our platforms but if you can see it is still under development, so Our funds are limited right now.

What if someone just wants to fund but only has limited knowledge. I mean they just want a partnership and they will be your financial foundation. Will you accept that? What's the assurance that the investor will not be taken advantage in the long run?

Obviously we are looking for someone who is familiar with blockchain, so that they understand much better the benefits and risks they will have when investing. And we have a recession clause, with a contract made for the investor that is why I mention that it would be perfect if the investor is Russian, to meet face to face and do everything in the cleanest way possible.

In their channel for Platform Updates they promised updates every 2 days. 20 days later there are no any updates. Their platform is just an empty site - 10 words and couple of labels looking like they are buttons but they are not clickable. A work possible to be made, even with MS Word, for 10 mins. After I asked if there are any updates for last 20 days, they just deleted my messages.

What makes it clear to you? The fact that they rarely popping in, the website that appears to be always down for (hopefully) certain region, or their "professional" email address?
I would still amuse myself by giving them benefits of the doubts and let them defend themselves, but I actually find it hard to guess what materials they can use to defend themselves, given they gave little to no info about themselves to be studied.
Regarding your application, I think it is a very isolated case. We have done tests with people from different regions and none of them has such problems. We install SSL certificates, should try some kind of vps or something.
It is also not unlikely that your internet provider has blocked the domain because we use one of the best domains in the market (.net), I think the problems could eradicate in your firewall or antiviruses

We were working on other things, if you check the dev-progress channel you will see that we have updated and finished the Fronted for the Hosting platform, it is unwise to make comments of that kind considering that we are a team that has worked in many other Projects.
The presale has been extended for obvious reasons we have not sold anything yet, but that does not stop us once we finish our platform the currency will be listed in 1 exchange.

I wonder if you have an IP restrictions or something? I tried to access your site both from mobile and laptop, both from WLAN and mobile data, and I still can't access them. Checking from isitdown confirmed that it's just me, but I also aware that five days ago someone also encountered the same issue as me. And yes, I've clear the cache, I even tried on two devices of mobile just to make sure it's not a device issue.
I invite you to try to access again, days ago we had some problems with our hosting providers, but we have changed and the problem seems to have been solved.
