I just discovered a forgottwn vircurex account and found 3.5 btc and 75 ltc... somehow all had been frozen, but then 1 btc was unfrozen, now I was able to get it out, but there is still 2.5 btc and 75 ltc in there frozen. Anyone heard any stories about recovering frozen funds?

You can forget class action suit my friend. I also got some left in Vircurex.
Many people including me filled a class action suit in the US on another case and sofar nobody got any bitcoins back. Still waiting for my 120 BTC......

I manage to get a Baikal Cube miner.
In real world it does 310Mhs at 72Watt, fan speed at 55% keeps the miner at 47C.
It is a very nice piece of hardware if you can get hold on one.
Baikal official website is crap and you will never be able to buy one. Maybe it is just for marketing purpose.
I guess the manufacturer keeps them for themselves to mine.....

One last chapter in this terrible ordeal. Now they have placed a 700hr hold on my funds before I can withdraw.
I (again) sent in my ID and proof of residence and hopefully the hold will be lifted but if not I'll be back to tell you about it.
I can already tell you that they won't!
I have already verified my account twice. Now the third time is a real nightmare.

Second deposit after 1-2 months and they didn't want to release my funding saying I need to verify my account. I told them nicely and even added the ticket number of my verification. They didn't bother to read or go to the ticket. They were very rude and just kept saying things like "you need to verify your account!"
They never answered why it suddenly got "unverified". Never explained anything, never said sorry for the inconvenience or anything in that matter. They just kept demanding me sending them all the documents. So I send them everything again and then they released my funds.
This year I needed to buy some coins for my sister and because she isn't familiar with this, I told her that I could buy it for her. I already have several accounts.
I wired the money nearly 2 week ago. 3 business days after I wired the funds, I began checking my account. Nothing, but I didn't worry. I checked day after day and nothing.
A few days ago I contacted them asking why it's taking so long. No answer or explaining, wanted to see proof. I send them my bank statement, but that's not good enough for them and so the drama continues.......
Those fuckers are even worse than Mt.Gox. No matter how bad things were at Mt.Gox, they did kept being friendly and apologizing for the inconvenience. I know that they got into trouble after the US government took millions from them. But the support at BTC-e is the worse!!!
Monday, I will contact my bank and ask for advice what to do.

We have all (first batch buyers) helped KnC startup with their business and it is now up and running like a train.
Now they treat their customers like shit and put up another pre-order BS!
And the big question is when are they going to deliver the Neptune?
They say Q1/Q2. Looking back to their original promise "before September" and then "all payed order before 15th of October", which obviously they have never made it.
Maybe when lucky the first unit will be shipped at end of June 2014?
I just hate people who can't keep their words!

Looking back September delivery was early October. Probably this means it will be early July next year.
KnC is already in business, so why the f*ck another pre-order!
