Hello, can you try changing sdl server to https://lite.hush.is:443 in Settings > Connection and restart the wallet?

TBH this seems like a scam project. BUYER BEWARE!

Devs bailed on the original discord. The Telegram is getting shut down. The "Hush Team" blocks on twitter for mentioning the web wallet. There is even a warning disclaimer on the old website.



 

We are still here and very actively developing and making hush better, the core privacy tech is really solid, unlike anything else in the crypto space IMO.

The web wallet was not compatible with the new Mandatory privacy (z2z transactions only) update that came into effect on halving halving day last month and with it being a web wallet, it posed many security threats that made it an undesirable wallet to do an major update on, or maintain but good news is you can use your private keys or wallet.dat in silentdragon wallet to get access to your coins, nothing is lost.

Recently new updates:
For example, new SilentDragonAndroid remote control app for Silentdragon and Silentdragonlite released on play store just a day or so ago and new SilentDragon wallet versions released yesterday as well with a whole heap of improvements:

We have 0 plans of leaving this project because of the major potential it has.

Discord was not a good fit/option for Hush anymore with its problems with privacy ETC., but so far Telegram is working well although it is not optimal.

As Hush transitioned to mandatory privacy just a little while ago, every transaction on the chain is private so there is no "history" to be shown on the explorer.

The wallet itself should show you the past transactions it has made, if not, try rescanning or reindexing to see if it will find that history based on your privatekeys.

Hello I have the silent dragon wallet but I don't know what addnode to add so it works can someone tell me what to add it isn't loading blockchain data its been days now with 0 blocks downloaded it just keeps trying?

Hello! You can find the latest version of SilentDragon (1.10) here: https://git.hush.is/hush/SilentDragon/releases

It has fixed the syncing problems and in general made it faster.

It's currently windows only release but if you have mac or linux you can get the updated Hushd-daemon (3.6.0) from here: https://git.hush.is/hush/hush3/releases
Just copy and replace those files from your SilentDragon directory and it should work well.

FYI, you might need to resync/reindex or re download the blockdata if it doesn't sync past 340'000

Any ideas? Already upgraded to 3.5.2.50. Tried with and without tls enabled.



There is a new version of hush released recently (3.6.0) that fixes a lot of bugs which were caused by the halving and many other things,

Please, take a look at https://luckpool.net/hush/blocks.html, They are still mining block just fine and check out our new explorer at https://explorer.hush.is/.

And the suspended payments are because people are still trying to mine to transparent addresses which is messing with their system.

The reason you might be having sync problems with your SD wallet is because there are still many old nodes on the network which have stopped receiving blocks at 340 000 Block height so they are messing with the wallet.
We will be rolling out a fix for it soon

Hush will be halving in less than 10 hours! Are you ready? https://hush.is/halving/

At Block 340000 the HUSH block time will go from 2.5 minutes (150 seconds) to 1.25 minutes (75 seconds). This makes all transactions, including HushChat, twice as fast.

HUSH is the FIRST PRIVACY COIN EVER to transition to FULL PRIVACY from OPTIONAL PRIVACY! We are leaving Zcash (ZEC) in the dust and our main competition is now Monero (XMR).

The first Hush halving will see the total block reward go from 12.5 HUSH to 3.125 HUSH per block. Since HUSH has a 10% Founders Reward, this means that miners reward per block will go from 11.25 HUSH to 2.8125 HUSH per block. This looks like a "double halving", but since the HUSH block time is getting twice as fast, these new numbers mean that exactly half as much HUSH will be mined per day at the new faster 75 second block time. Hey, it won't matter which type of address your funds are in during the halving. After the halving funds just can't be sent to a transparent address anymore, but t -> z transactions will be possible after. But for your privacy it is suggested to move in to a z address. Hope that clears it up.

Hello, we have a new SDL backend server up that should work better but we are still testing things.

Can you add https://silentdragonlite.mooo.com in SDL Edit -> Settings -> Connection and restart the wallet? See if that helps.  Smiley
