After a increase value continuous last year, Bitcoin peaked at $20k and Eth over $1k. The market was expected so much, but throughout almost the beginning of thisyear, the market continuity  plummet, now Eth is just over $ 200, so will the market ever return, whether that this is the mark the effect of the collapse (I'm a very confident person in the market), this is just a small discussion, please do not be too important.
As far as I'm concerned, Eth and Btc are going to increase again as the value of it is huge. I believe in the future there will be many people regretting not buying Eth at the present time, and Btc will never be late to invest in it.

I think they are not ready, the electronic money market is too young because it is bound by some factors such as users are familiar with the current  type money such as ATM card, cash ... but with the advantages such as fast, convenient, decentralized, in the future electronic money  will be very potential.

That's the correct thing but I do not think so simple. Are the projects you refer to are Scam projects? Waiting for the market trend is going down, whether it keep stable the price or a little less not a good thing or not. I rarely participate in ico, but once I join, it must be a good foundation and a good idea. Now I am currently involved in EON protocol. If it's the right roadmap plus the good idea then it could be potentially in the future, of course the market is up or down but not pessimistic.

Ico, of course is must be risky, who prepared the most thorough information will win. If anyone wins, there will be no losers. To be successful, an ico will always is full of elements for example, if the community loves the idea, its roadmap, its dev team is good or not. I personally prefer bold, technology-oriented projects such as the EON protocol which project develop DGame.

This question is hard to answer, you can analyze technical, listen to information from the market find the most accurate direction.

I really like that title. But if you really love electronic money, take the time to research it, learn it well. Read the whitepaper as well as get to know the Dev team, its roadmap to see how it actually works. I myself am an electronic money lover and game lover who interested in the EON protocol project.

Practical projects related to technology such as EOT (EON)? Me and others simply want to be invested in areas of their interest.  I wonder how such projects are against any government policies It does not focus on minimizing the costs of intermediaries as well as against fraudulent components, so it fits into the needs of the future, whether after the government will have to recognize usefull of  it.

Perhaps electronic money is limited by the knowledge of the internet and technology. Users need to understand about computers and internet to be able to use electronic money proficient, to step further to learn about the platform as well as to use it as payment method.
