In short, because Paragon couldnt even legally do the scam ICO right people can claim refunds on entering the ICO.

I entered ICO a minute after it started at latest and didn't get in.

I followed the rules exactly and entered 200,000 gas and 60 gwei with 3 ether.
Do i seriously have to wait 4 weeks for you to give tokens before you even start to proccess refunding my Ethereum.
A week is a long time in crypto, let alone 4-9 weeks.

I am disappointed enough that i didn't get in after all the time i spent
Its an extra kick to have to wait this long for 3 ether to come back.

No decent exchanges
Blocking and banning anyone with criticisms and never addressing said concerns.

Name me one project where not only did it instantly drop but where the spokespersons and people used to market have said NOTHING since release.

To participate in this ICO you have to do it within a 3 hour time frame they specify and when paying with btc or eth (in any situation) you need to pay extra transaction fees
