She was all about it when the price was topping $280 a pop, and the earning calculator she was playing with was saying that 2ghs would earn some extra cash. But then of course as difficulties went up, and the price went down, and the cost to further invest in mining infrastructure went off the scale... She puts it up their with buying crap for my supra, or building a new gaming rig. "whatever" as long as your happy.

Sad that we have let things get the way they are. I will say this we have the governments we deserve. When people realize that... Well that is when individuals start to take that power back and be responsible for it. Stay safe.
Threads like this make me giddy with anticipation of the meme's complaining about the new 900000000% difficulty increase since the first asic was invented. We will look back and cherish these memories. lol

I read hundreds of pages on this forum, I learned hundreds of things, and I do not have many interesting things to post, since I am a newbie ...

That makes two of us. It is to bad their isn't an IRC element to this authentication as well to help a newbie get in the club faster. I've been hanging out in various btc mining realted chats for a few months only recently did I start posting here.
Still not that bad of a deal to lessen the workload of mods/admin and raise the overall quality of the forum. So far from what I can tell it is a success.
Irony that I find this after going through several hundred pages at amazon, pricewatch and newegg. Between tabbing back and forth from those to the bitcointalk mining hardware comparison.
