Coinmarketcap has been showing the same number for months. It's not updating.

I'm just working out the numbers myself - I'd be interesting to hear if anyone agrees.

So on average (65536-256 )/ 2 =  32640 initial coins per block. Block time is 30secs so 32640 * 2880 = 94003200 coins per day initially.

Block halving every 90 days. So 90 * 94003200 = 8,460,288,000 in the first 90 days. Then half of that in the next 90 (4230144000) ... half again in next 90 (2115072000) and finally this 90 day period will give 1057536000.

added together thats = 15,863,040,000 total coins now and can see that if that pattern of release continues there would be less than a billion more ever basically.


Block halving is every 259200 blocks. 4 * 259200 = 1036800 for next block halving. We are currently at block 994631.    At 2880 blocks per day that is about 14.6 days away it seems. I think the new reward is 5875200 coins per day in 15 days?

I'd like to hear what other people think - I'm not sure what he means by 'superblocks' for hours and daily and weekly bonuses.

Where are you getting this info from?? I am not sure it is correct. I make it that there's a block halving in about 11 days and only about 1billion more to ever be mined. It seems you are stating many things as fact in this thread which are just your speculation.

I was an earlier investor but actually like the idea of prolonging the 5000 buy in phase as I am more concerned with the project progressing and being successful than I am with being one of a select few with a very oversized early bird incentive. Especially as the funds so far haven't been as much as would be expected for such a large scale project.

I would ask for more details on when we will actually get our coins or when the second phase is due to commence/end as soon as you have decided upon any of these dates.

Will there be updates as to how much has been raised so far in the ICO during the 30 days? I wouldn't really feel happy leaving my BTC invested for so long if there wasn't.

The buy in for the 'high roller' table on LOTpoker has been halved.

At todays rate thats about a 5$ buy in.

Is it not possible to increase the LOT buy in rather than lower it?

Well it finally happened - someone built a really fast exchange with nice user interface

This should make our life a lot easier than dealing with Cryptsy lost coins every day and no support. Time will tell but certainly on first impression this exchange looks brilliant.

That is not correct. When the DOJ seized full tilt they didn't have the players money. The only reason people are getting their money back is because PokerStars signed a deal with the DOJ bailing FullTilt out and restoring user balances. It would be the equivalent of Bitstamp buying out Gox now and returning peoples money. Full tilt was an empty shell like Gox is now.
