Hi,

can price of token at sidechain rise agains bitcoin?

As I understand it, bitcoin = tokens at other chain. So is there any financial incentives to create sidechain?

Yep, it's definitally better but paypal has bigger user base and it'll take time to beat it. It's also regulated so people are not so afraid using it.
