I haven’t heard anything like that. As far as i know, the team is planning to list its tokens on as many exchanges as possible to avoid artificial deficit.
Judging by the roadmap, decentralized exchanges are a priority, or did i get it wrong?
As for me, i think the matter is that it’s easier to access them. That’s why they’re more popular.
I believe that everyone who’s interested in the use of TFIO tokens will buy them on the ICO and the level of agiotage on the exchanges will be low enough.

No way, especially given the fact that product is focused on narrow target audience, solely on web masters.
One thousand is a good result, but I don’t believe in stable growth. It seems to me that HOQU has already reached its maximum.
One of press releases says that the team is planning to hold a marketing campaign. That’s what will prove that not all the potential users have been attracted yet.
Okay, we’ll wait for it. I hope that the team’s actions won’t lead to appearance of additional budget problems.

It’s gonna create a decentralized messenger to do it. Some attempts have been made, but, as it seems to me, the teams lacked professionalism for implementation of such an ambitious solution.

The reason is that no one can give you an exact forecast ‘cause blockchain market is changing extremely fast.
I doubt it: almost every ICO project can provide a forecast regarding  its development, but HOQU can’t?
Giving a forecast isn’t a problem, giving a real forecast is. For example, 90% of analysts didn’t manage to forecast rapid drop of ETH.
