Why is there no news from the liquidators? The court decision entered into force a long time ago and their property was not returned to the exchange customers. In my opinion, in many (all) jurisdictions, keeping someone else’s property contrary to the consent of the owner is a criminal offense. (After all, two months were enough for the exchange to resume work after hacking and reconciliation of assets, why is it not enough for a simple withdrawal of coins?)
Also, while there is no explanation, how will the token (CLM?) Issued in return for the deducted 14% BTC and 49% LTC be returned? (And, in general, was it legal to write off coins unaffected by a hacker attack without the consent of the owners, because these coins were not exchange assets?)
The next, incomprehensible moment, on what basis have the liquidators already spent a huge amount received from the sale of other people's property (coins of exchange users)? Let the liquidation services be paid by the bankruptcy initiator.

Why are you posting tweets about Buterin V.? I wonder when the wallets on HitBTC and GATE will start working normally? I have a certain amount of coins on HitBTC's balance sheet and I can neither sell nor withdraw them, support answers that there are no updates for the wallet from the XMC developer, and this has been happening for 10 months now.

Everything that happens to Cryptopia in 2019 seems strange and obviously malicious to all customers of the exchange, but it does not cause any reaction from the financial regulators and the criminal police of New Zealand, it is very unfortunate and insulting. It was not that huge of a company to have a crowd of people living near them.
Crypto itself is not mainstream yet, few of these users were trusting Cryptopia, even fewer were stupid or unlucky enough to hold big amounts in an exchange's wallets, and even fewer were unable to withdraw within the time they enabled withdraws.
So, if you and 3 or 4 other foreign people would go to a company's building with bats on your hands, congratulations to you! I wouldn't be so brave to do that.

Furthermore, some people trade coins and had buy and sell orders on the exchange when the hack happened and the coins they had were never allowed to be withdrawn after the hack.
Someone like me was not simply having Cryptopia hold my coins you moron, I was trading the coins and had the buy and sell orders set up when the hack happened.
Not once after the hack did I get to withdraw a damn coin.

I personally could withdraw my coins, but left them on the stock exchange for trading in solidarity with the hacked trading platform to help the company recover from an incident with its small commission fees.
It is a pity that Cryptopia turned out to be such crap and I stayed among the fools.

Увели средства с биржи Bittrex было 42 тысячи usdt, был API ключ (права на вывод у API ключа не было и изменений ключа не было) на бирже двуфакторка, на мыле двуфакторка ( через мыло подтверждение входа идет для каждого нового IP)
По actitivity на бирже тоже не было изменений прав ключа.
API ключ настроен на права read info и trade.
Был добавлен человек для ДУ депозитом, зашел через сутки и баланса на бирже с 42к осталось 70 баксов, вывода депозита не было по истории биржи, но зашел в ордера там 32 страницы покупок и моментальных продаж по сниженной цене, как я понял тупо ботом покупали и продавали по заниженной а на другой стороне по заниженной разом выкупали и так весь мой баланс в ноль спустиили и перелили на другой кошелек.. я был уверен что через API ключ никак не увести деньги с биржи и тут попался, подскажите пожалуйста реально что нибудь сделать в этой ситуации может кто уже сталкивался?
на данный момент описал все тех поддержке бирже, пока сухо ответили что вопрос передан специалистам и молчат..
Извините, на Биттрексе торгую редко, но как можно через продажу по заниженной цене перелить на подставной аккаунт, если стоит стакан заявок на покупку по рынку от разных трейдеров, каким образом их заявки не закрываются , а выкупает по низкой цене подсадной сообщник?может кто подскажет что можно сделать

A recent hard fork has brought nothing good to DGB investors. Извините, депозиты дошли, все в порядке, в вот выводы исчезли ( не дошли до получателя и на баланс не возвращены ) и TXID присвоенный в обозревателе не существует ( т.е. DGB не отправлены , а с баланса вычтены ). С этим как быть ?

Но в ответе сообщение о ведущемся обслуживании, которое уже завершено, и более ничего,
т.е. мне совершенно не известно о судьбе моих монет, они просто исчезли при выводе, нет на балансе
и нет в блокобозревателе.
