lol ^^ i know my cap is 32mh/s as i was with claymore.

I seriously doubt that. I have the 8gb version and I can barely manage 29mh/s.
By the way... don't you think you should be asking on the PheonixMiner thread?

I have RX580 4GB, whith on borad graphic i got only 21 mh/s using claymore with the last epoch, now with PhoenixMiner I get 30 mh/s.
is there any whay to use claymore straps and rx boost on PhoenixMiner to get 32mh/s ^^.

let the dcri to auto and you will get the 32-33 mh/s using mclock @ 2135

Try to lower your clocks, and adjust your -tt to at least 75, are you using risers? the burn smell could be your riser as the AMD rx580 is a power hungry unlike the GTX, check your cables from riser to PSU, probably there burnt connectors out there.
I did test the riser it works fine, the card tested with no OC same problem.

Hello,
