Just thought everyone should have a read about a group that did business with COMSA - Tech Bureau テックビューロ株式会社 & Takao Asayama 朝山貴生 that got scammed from that group. The whole group looks to be a $300M Exit scam includign 10's of million in BitCoin!
Here's some of the proof from one of their own partners they screwed over.
An asset token would be defined as a security under the SEC guidelines. Is this a registered security? I would suggest that if you feel this is an asset token and not a utility token that you consult with your securities lawyer.
We have spent plenty of time with legal in 3 countries to be sure we are compliant as a security token.
