I don't have a lot of money to buy and this is not mine . The reason why an Exchange wouldn't be an option as apparently the government wouldn't allow to deposit money directly to an Exchange bank accounts. I was asked to look for miners who hold bitcoins and can do large transactions.

I was asked to look for miners who hold bitcoins and can do large transactions. you are asking for mining, to evade exchange? and stay anonymous, that's could work, as mining is truly anon, they can't intercept it
