We can't do that.
Unfortunately we get every second scan and tens of scan and login attempt.
We assume someone is trying a big list of user/password combination from other pools.
Changing those settings will most likely lead to some account of being compromised and a loss of funds, something that we cannot simply accept.
We know that the security procedure may be boring, but are a benefit for all the community.

What happened with the darktech pool, i had some coins there?
I suffered 2 severe attacks the first deleted the pool, the second attack has completely wiped the wallet. are desolate. I was shocked.
I'm sorry you can not do the backup.
I had to start from scratch! and not only had a pool ....
For major security i have deleted old files in my server and i use new link.
I'm here.

never heard of that kind of attack, unles you had lame server passwords, in any case, how can we be sure that it wont happen again?
I answer thus:
1- I am not a scammer otherwise I would have gone.
2- I have not yet understood how they did uncover my server. I can tell you for sure that it was a flood on the stratum would receive share invalid and the ban worked.
3- in wallet I found myself canceled my payment address and disappeared around 1000 roc.
4- I reinstalled the server completely. updated security to the maximum.

I see you don't have any explanation at all what kind of attack it was, pools are ddosed everyday but they don't end up with deleted files and wallet

People in Monero would rather run away with your money and not NxT people, if you check who is Supernet doing then you will know that this is not only one person behind it.
Because it's such a diverse topic and quite large, it's hard for me to convey how much I actually do understand about this whole SuperNET project. Monero for me is something I really don't care about, or ever have for that matter, so I won't bother going into that. I have seen the vast team behind it (SuperNET), it all sounds very convincing indeed. But even with all of that to back it up, don't underestimate the greed of people. No-one for sure knows what jl777 will do with that BTC once he has it. My bet says he'll never return, but that's just my opinion, of course I wish good luck to anyone that does choose to invest within it, I just do NOT value the project (which it could potentially be worth one day if everything is legit, but at start-up, get real!) at 3 million GBP (Yes I'm English, so whatever that is in USD).
It amazes me to understand how people can make up conclusion about something they not even took their time or researched what a escrow is. He can't run away with all the BTC because he don't have them.
This is like saying that Etherum people would run away with the BTC their got even tho they didn't used a escrow i think people behind those projects really have more inside their brain then to steal people Bitcoins.
And as for supernet, funds are available as buyers got what they paid for

I personally admire criptsy and bittrex, for different reasons but i had good memories of both.
Weird things happen even on the holy MintPal, and that s the net mate, weird things on the web...since its early days.

I've said this before and will say it again. I am very intrigued by this coin and the projects it has going on. I do have a serious question though, and if someone can give me an answer, I would greatly appreciate it.
I read elsewhere that this coin has a 1.5% premine that is for development purposes. Is that true? If so, then why do the devs need to raise more money for development, as seen on the OP? This is somewhat puzzling to me and I wanted to know if there was a good explanation for it. Thanks in advance.
the premine total was around 20,000 BTCD and it has already been spent. I think it brought in a whopping 3 BTC at the time as during the PoW phase, the price of BTCD was very lowI've said this before and will say it again. Also, I joined the coin about a week after launch and it is my fault for needing dev budget as I am making many new work for GUI guys and I dont do GUI
