life is beautiful. we all have bad days, week or months and years but it gets better, and we can find beauty anywhere we look

There is so much more i want to do, so much to see, so personally i would say not at the moment fulfilled but i am content with what i have today.

I personally rely on discipline. Of course motivation is important, but when you have discipline , its different. Others find motivation while doing the work. I focus on the result- thats what drives me

First off dont sleep during the day, second turn off all tech at 8PM and do your best to fall asleep, read a book- it helps!
