Re: [ANN] BTC38.com - Crypto exchange launched its English sites

same issue
just logout
relogin
and remove the _en from the url, you will be set to go

Why they cant fix that so long

worst case scenario, they are doing it on purpose as a pre step before shuting service for western traders
my guess is that they are low on manpower and cant sustain smooth operation with all the ddos hitting this week

its a bit strange the exchange located in china but they let us withdrawal btc and ltc (did it 3 times with no issue, took 12-20 days) while all the other chinese exchange wont

If your transactions are on a LISK blockchain explorer then you will get 120% bonus don't worry - double check. You can also send an email to tec@ark.io and our dev will take a look at it.

To join our slack go to : https://ark.io/join-ark-slack to get auto-invite.

and what if poloniex is holding my lsk withdrawal for several hours now? Sad

Open a support ticket with them they usually respond within few hours.

lol more like 2 days :s

https://poloniex.freshdesk.com/support/solutions/articles/1000166428-where-is-my-withdrawal-

You can ask a mod to cancel it and you can try again.

done it several times in the last few days : \
i can always cancel sell and try buying from bots in bittrex and yobit but thats too risky

Re: how to start trading with a very small amount

Trading with small amount is effective, when your profit expectation is low. With small amount profits will be low, so need to learn with small amount and gradually need to increase the trading value. This helps get good profit than simply going for big amounts and ending in loss.

nowadays i prefer trading with large amount and most of the time 0.5-2% are more than enough
when i traded with small amounts the 0.5-2% tactic would not worth much

any one trading there?
i have my story that shows its a scam but would like to hear other people opionion about this shady exchange
Please if you already know there are a lot of the reputable exchange site with a lot of users and why you are trying for visiting in the suspicious site? the chance for be a scam site is so high.

Thats what im thinking too , why people  do invest and put money to non famous and reputable sites? Since they could  go for the most reputable  and trusted  which somehow they would  get assurance from their money to be putted on. Always go for the top sites than to those shady sites and not so popular because the  percent of being scammed is high.

because of the profit daaaa...
i bet ive done way more profit than you have done in crypto so please dont teach me how to risk management while im trading : )
just wanted to know if anyone encountered the same issue and to warn ppl about that exchange : )

Never heard about them and looking at the price gap between the ask and buy bids it seem they don't have much manual trading volume. Internal bots seem to be doing trading to lure some traders. Better to stick with well known exchangers, i don't use other than poloniex, bittrex and yobit right now.

you can see only false usd market. but once you are signed in you can see other markets

its always smart starting small, just to get familier with crypto ecosystem and see if you are a good trader
i started with a little more than 1 btc about 2 and a half years ago and i think that if i used more i would burn myself trading
small steps are the key
the possibility of burning in the first try always normal for us who's trying to our quest into trading so you we need time and experience small start will allow us to grow and to seek more knowledge about this business.

the thing is, its way easier to make profit with small amount of btc
but every once in a while you noticed you have upgraded yourself to the next step of evolution and needs to rethink your trading tactics
its wiser to learn it when you starting small instead of starting big

any one trading there?
i have my story that shows its a scam but would like to hear other people opionion about this shady exchange

i guess not a whole of people are trading there... any way here is my story:

hey, im in crypto for more than 2 years, it helped me to change my hightech job with day trading crypto cuyrrencies,
2 months ago i needed to disable my 2fa from btctrade.com, i did the same in 40 other exchanges for only a day and a half, and a day later my account in btctrade (and only in btctrade) got hacked  while i was loged in, a second login came from canada (about 40 minutes after my login from israel ip)
the hacked successfuly brute forced my trading password (impossible i say) , created a new btc withdrawal address, and withdrawal 100% of my funds (20 btc, actualy he sold  a lot of LTC in like 25-50% under market price and withdrawal all the btc).
i tried reaching support for more than 2 months now but they are playing games, telling me i need to wait until tomorow to talk to a manager and a day later telling me they cant let me speak with a manager and i should go to the police

i know there is a security measure that wont let you withdrawal to new address or from a new ip until you are verifying yourself via email, but for some reason they didnt work this time,

after a further investigation i learned that btctrade is a canedian based company (strange how the hackers ip is also from vancouver canada)

all these leads me to believe the site is a scam and i was propebly got hit with an inside job of some sort
traders should be warned

1. there is no information about that site on google.
2. there is no announcement thread or discussion thread about that site in this forum.
3. the official social account of that site is inactive.
the scam was very obvious. you should only do trading in the sites which are atleast well known in this forum, the biggest bitcoin community, from now onwards. lesson learned!

i bet you are trading on 2 exchange max, give me a break
i already said im traindg on a lot of different exchanges, its part of the risk managment, the exchange seems legit (transfered there 2 billion doge, slowly =]) , i think the problem is with one or more support givers :s

Thank God BTCTRADE.COM is not a well known site. If they did this to thousands of people, the price of bitcoins will go down all over again like it did with Bitfinex

have you ever traded there? its all bots
no activity, most bots are the exchanges bots
and i dont say the owner of the exchange is shady, but the support are, and by looking at the evidence, it seems like 99% its an inside job
im doing this crypto for a long time now, and taking information from more than 100 exchanges, trust me when i say there is something really fishy going on
most traders dont have to disable their 2fa for several hours/days so there is no way an inside job can occure

dont know why i have to be policitly correct when its so obviouse they stole from me Sad

i take chances because it worth it, they stole more than 20 btc after a 6 month activity, and still i managed to make more profit than what they took in under 24 hours
