Are we there yet. Almost on the first place on voting Cain deal.
So if we keep this pace for another 20 days we will win this one.
We manage to collect 1500 in just a few days.

the price of PrIV won't down anymore. Maybe it sideway in 200-300 sts buy it's ok, just a time to whale collect PRIV and dump it in near future

Why do you need to dump it? It is a very good privacy coin.
Privacy coins will be one of the gems tomorrow when the market gets wide adoption.

I got into the bitcoin again last year after losing all my 4.5 bitcoins to ponzi schemes early last year. I bought in bitcoin again at $20k. Now bitcoin is $6k+.  I'm regretting my actions.  Huh

Well, you regret now. But if you wait long enough you will be saying oh I made some profit from this or if you wait longer, oh I made a fortune out of this.
So it is all in the waiting game really. Be patient.

Trajectory has come to a standstill, forum change rule does not affect many members join PRiVCY. I am very happy with the timely updating of the PRiVCY team with the newbie on BTC
I don't know what Bitcointalk want to get out of it, but I think more and more people are leaving bitcointalk due to merit system and being not fair to lots of people who got banned and never got their account recovered.

Bitcointalk have more than 2 million members and it is very hard to deal with a lot of things. It's not easy to be a mod.
Anyway, PRiVCY acknowledges that and made a new rule so everyone still can participate in the community.

For me, KYC is ok to some degree.
I'm not comfortable to give my personal data like id, passport or similar fo KYC. Exchanges are asking for that too, but I'm not comfortable with that too.
I'm willing to give other info though.

I don't use Localbitcoins for a long time now. I did at first.
Well if you got scammed at least you would know who did it if nothing else.
This is the result of the regulations. Without regulations, we won't go forward much.

A lot of issues on Polo, but it's not dead. I have an account there, but I didn't use it.

I make trades here and there. It mainly depends on when I see the opportunity to earn money.
It is not every day, but I do it more often than before.

Re: Anonymity of cryptocurrencies owners
by
Iggor
on 25/04/2018, 14:13:14 UTC
I have always supported bitcoin and its anonymity. Today, we heard about the users who got hacked after they logged in to myetherwallet. This wasn't the first time some users got hacked and there is no doubt it will happen again. It can happen to all of us. There is no difference you are holding bitcoin, Litecoin or Ethereum. All of us wish it was possible to punish that hacker. But all the holders are anonymous. So, anonymity is not always good. What is your opinion about cryptocurrencies anonymity considering this issue?

Insurance is at the first place I guess, but we will need to wait more for it. Security is very important, but the proper security is what everybody needs to care for. Hacking Google DNS public servers was the problem not MEW. You can always use the offline version of MEW an stay safe.

Re: Is it worth to pay $8200 for 1 BTC if you are a newbie?
by

It is a safe investment for a newbie and a chance to earn some money. When he learns some basic things he could invest in altcoins for bigger or faster profit.
Experience and learning is the key here no matter what you do.
