It's a common case now.
Bear market makes hard to reach even soft cap ICO, so as for bounty hunters there is no chance to get even just a couple of bucks.

Community is the MOST importamt in crypto project. Take a look at ETH, Dash, Monero, Verge, etc and you'll see that the main value of the coin.
