The CEO said that the they are actively working "as we speak" to get it listed on another exchange.

My guess is bittrex and given the rapid increase in demand, we are likely to see it very soon (this week?)

Guys, I think the 540k livecoin wallet is just the way livecoin works.
I think that everyone's livecoin "wallet" is that one wallet, and they keep track of which user owns how much in a database somewhere.
So the 540k coins are just the number of coins on the exchange. The rest are in cold storage in people's private wallets.

That being said, WTF are people doing?
STOP mining directly into livecoin.
WITHDRAW every single coin from livecoin into a cold wallet, and only deposit to livecoin when you actually want to trade.
You people have given livecoin access to 50%+ of the supply. What if the before-mentioned database gets hacked, and someone assigns all the coins to himself?

God damnit.

I stand corrected. Thank you for this clarification. My apologies to the people in this thread for my error.

Resume the frenzy Smiley

I wrote this e-mail to livecoin. I am looking forward to their response:

Hi,

I have been monitoring the situation with Dubaicoin for a few days now. To my understanding, you have been stopping miner's deposits and these funds have been allocated to a single wallet belonging to Livecoin which now contains nearly 540,000 DBIX http://dbixscan.io/addr/0x22038431b892e60e3b2f4936d119ffca114a385a

This is a very big problem. You now hold more than 50% of the circulating supply of a token that has increased in value by more than 200% in the past week. Can you please provide a detailed response as to why exactly you have been preventing deposits (whether it is due to a technical glitch, market factors etc.). You also said that you are reimbursing those who incorrectly deposited through your own schedule but have not specified to the community  what rate this is.

There are alot of people who have invested in this coin in recent weeks and a price shock through what you are doing (whether by accident or on purpose) could hurt a lot of people and the reputation and future of this  project. We need clarity to protect the community, the investors and the future of this coin. Furthermore, further information on your part will help alleviate concerns that your  exchange is manipulating the price of a coin that appears to have one of the highest, if not the highest volume for your exchange.

Thank you. For your information, I will be posting this message and your response on the ANN thread found on bitcointalk.

Thanks,

man you are really an idiot, this livecoin wallet

Explain yourself. It's pretty obvious that I know this is livecoin's wallet because that's who I e-mailed. My point is that the fact an exchange house holds more than 50% of the tokens is exactly the problem!

Yes, this is a big problem. The developers need to straight this out quick!

We need clarification on what livecoin.net is doing with that massive wallet of coins and we need to get dubaicoin on another exchange. There is no reason for a top 100 coin to be at the mercy of the price manipulation of a single exchange house holding more than 50% of the circulating supply of tokens. This situation is very dangerous for all involved.

Traders and speculators, please be careful.

Can Mohammed or somebody from Dubaicoin please explain why 1 wallet controls more than 50% of the circulating tokens. This is a real problem and for current traders a big problem with regard to price manipulation etc.

http://dbix-explorer.pool.sexy/addr/0x22038431b892e60e3b2f4936d119ffca114a385a

This needs to be addressed. The price keeps rising but I fear that some people are going to get hurt really badly and the damage to the reputation of this project will be enormous.

Sure, I see that. But some people have just been pouring money into this coin over the past few days and if I'm right, they're about to get burned very very badly. Right now, the sell side is about 17,000. If that number hits, 540,000 once livecoin.net redistributes those tokens....eep, watch out!

As a disclaimer, I am sitting on the sidelines with bitcoin watching what happens.

My buy-orders are already placed  Grin Grin Grin

But at what price though? There is no precedent for this. If we get a flood of tokens, we could be looking at some very serious damage to the price. We're talking below $1 here if we get flooded with 540,000 coins on the sell side

Them 500k dbix have been bought and sold 10 times over,,, there is no dump coming the only coins that can be potentially dumped are the mined Dbix,, about 25k.. new people have bought in and old ones have cashed out..

How do you know this? The wallet has 540k tokens in it! http://dbix-explorer.pool.sexy/addr/0x22038431b892e60e3b2f4936d119ffca114a385a

Where did you get your 25k dump from? And even if youre right, a 25k dump will more than double the current sell side of DBIX's orderbook on livecoin. That is a huge huge problem! Be careful everyone

I am going to contact livecoin to see what they plan on doing about this. Their needs to be more communication from the exchange because their actions can really damage a lot of people. A lot of people have put their life savings into this stuff and a dump of tokens could really hurt a lot of people

I don't think they are closing the deposits because they're doing it for our own good. That would be price manipulation. There is probably some technical glitch. When they redistribute those tokens, we're in big trouble I think. Somebody please tell me I'm wrong.

Somebody please correct me if I'm wrong.

Over the past few days (?), livecoin.net has not been accepting miners deposits. As a result, they have been diverting those funds to a wallet, which now contains 540,000 DBIX http://dbixscan.io/addr/0x22038431b892e60e3b2f4936d119ffca114a385a

If they return that DBIX to the owners, we are going to have a major flood of DBIX on the exchange which will cause the price to crash and crash very very hard. Am I the only one worried about this?

Probably will get listed a week after the ICO ends. At its current rate, it will be really close I think as to whether they achieve a full sell out of $25 mill. So probably will be waiting for a month.

After the success of Santiment's ICO where it didn't even hit the public crowdsale stage, I think people will absolutely see the value in having a priority pass through CFI. Musiconomi's sale is at the end of the month so once we hear that people will be lining up to get their CFI. If you must let go, wait until the end of the month at least, you should see a decent pump before then.

Disclaimer: I hold about 0.3 worth of CFI

Just a word of warning , it will crash very hard tomorrow.

The reason why the price is climbing is cause they deactivated the deposit of newly mined dbix and then pump the price up by selling to themselves.

You have been warned.. livecoin is working closely with the "dubaicoin" team and forcing the price to climb due to no new dbix being deposited.

interesting point, how long have the deposits been disabled. i guess this helps to explain the price rise. supply has dropped

Yes, yesterday was lower volume across all the exchanges which I attribute to the July 4 US holiday. I'd "speculate" we close in on $5 today to the late comers to the news that Deloitte is partnered with Waves. Strap in Smiley
