I am not even sure if that's legit, I've been trying to contact the support on cryptsysettlement for a week with no response.

Did you fill in the Claim Form? They do acknowledge it as received.

The form says to phone them if you fill it out electronically to receive a permission, but they never respond. I tried emailing them too, no response.

Quote
NOTICE REGARDING ELECTRONIC FILES: Certain claimants with large numbers of transactions may request, or may be requested, to submit information regarding their transactions in electronic files. All claimants MUST submit a manually signed paper Proof of Claim and Release form whether or not they also submit electronic copies. If you wish to file your claim electronically, you must contact the Claims Administrator at 1-888-868-4936 to obtain the required file layout. No electronic files will be considered to have been properly submitted unless the Claims Administrator issues to the claimant a written acknowledgment of receipt and acceptance of electronically submitted data.

Send it anyways with a note

I will if I am not gonna get any response from them soon, but I would rather have a valid claim submitted before the deadline as I lost quite a bit of money. It's just a bit retarded that they want a physical signature for an electronic submission, like, what's the point of the electronic submission in the first place?

Getting More Information

The website www.cryptsysettlement.com provides more information about the lawsuit and the settlements. In addition, if you have any questions about the lawsuit or this Notice, you may:

I tried to fill the online from "PART A: IDENTIFICATION CLAIMANT", but does not work! " reCAPTCHA" does not work!

E-mail them directly. I'm sure they will respond.

The "Contact Us" link doesn't work lol.

So I just got the email too. My situation is a bit easier than that of yours because I can clearly remember only having fixed amount of fiat currency. The deposit to Cryptsy was from another market in 2m Dogecoins. However, all evidence I have is emails, and those are only for withdrawing and not depositing. I also have emails from Cryptsy support team apologizing for delays and my ticket submissions for not being able to withdraw. Does that sound like a good enough evidence to you?

Also, as I want to submit it electronically as I am from the UK, there is this specific part stating this:

Does this mean I have to phone them, acquire the permission and send them Proof of Claim and Release form physically? Then what's the point of the online claim form in the first place, lol.

Don't let this price "pump" fool you. This is only an answer to the BTC price drop, which means that Doge still has a "lower" value. We need at least 250 Satoshis to have the same Value as @150 Satoshis with 600euro last most stable BTC price (and now it's ~200 Satoshis for ~480euro BTC price).
Do the math, you'll see.

I don't look at dollars because I live in Europe.. so....

market cap went from 45 mils to 68 mils, and the price actually increased (from $0.0011 to $0.0015).

Hey! I'm trying to solomine but after 5 min my computer crashes - every time.
Using 4 threads and 1 scantime. I get around 7000 hashes/second.

Any advice for a complete noob?

I really wouldn't bother with 7khash/s.. The crashes may be related to many things, for e.g. your computer overheating

btw to the people saying that dogeroad influenced the rise in the past couple of days - dogeroad is literally dead at the moment, there are 20 items listed by 2 vendors, no way this could make doge rise this much.

few people are going to become rich.

And about 100x that are going to become broke by spending their savings and or lose all their bitcoins

Watch and learn, the epic crash is coming soon. Everyone who bought Doge under 30 satoshi, i would cash out right now

You are not the first saying that.
