Very odd, they stole all this money, sat on it and returned it? Must be a fear of not knowing how to sell it without getting caught.
Could be, but it seems strange to return it through fear of getting caught when this would just increase the chances of getting caught. Maybe a prankster that wanted to show they could do it and didn't need all of the coin...
Maybe pay a small amount as a sort of stipend to keep the Bounty Manager in energy drinks, and then pay double the normal upfront wage later in coins if the ICO goes ahead might be fairer.

That's just part of living in a society. You're not doing yourself any favors by not understanding that. It is what it is, part of your environment. It's how the country funds itself.
Agreed. If you want schools, hospitals, roads, fire brigades, police, etc etc etc you have to pay tax,
I like the idea of the merit system. I just don't see most people giving others merit, even if they felt that what they wrote was one of the best posts they've ever read. So how long will it be until I get ten merit points? I'm thinking 4 years.
