You can return a defective unit to the following address with printed order confirmation page from Bitmantech.com (to include the original shipping address) and a printed note stating what is wrong with the unit.

Bitmain Warranty

Denver, Colorado 80207
USA

Tel: +1-844-248-6246 Option 2

Received my 4 s3's 3 fire up fine, however 1 is displaying the following.

Ive swapped PSU's and cables
Opened up and swapped chain cables around and still only chain 1 fires up.

Anyone seen this problem and any advice?

Cheers

just a quick question about ghash.io!

im running 4 x S3's. what difficulty should i be running on ghash?

Also whats the trick to get p2pools logged in and running under miner config? is there a code or something that has to go in front of the IP?

ok cheers for replies!

yeah i can get some great coolant locally through these blokes - http://www.pccasegear.com/index.php?main_page=index&cPath=207_160_301&zenid=a4d940bbc49b2e11ffb4c6443805eb53

is the tubing length supplied with the C1 adequate or is it beneficial to have a longer length?

Also how is the assembly of the cooling fans/hoses/attachments with the supplied gear, any extra things that makes install a breeze needed or is it all pretty adequate?
