Hello SavageMine, yes, i was using 1185 SMOS with AMD 18.30 drivers ( because i hit download from main page, that's what it gave me ). I have now downloaded the image you suggested with AMD 18.10 and it seems to work ( resets random, but that might be due to settings, i let them default and it gives me intensity 880 and worksize 8, which for xmr v8 on RX550... not sure they are the best)
I will try to find some better values, hope rigs remain online for longer.

HELP ME 

Got SMOS working finally after 2-3 days, problem is now when i try to mine Monero ( v8 ) with AMD cards ( RX550 ) 14 pieces, it gives me an error like:

amdgpu: [powerplay] Voltage value looks like a Leakage ID but it's not patched.

What is that? What do i need to do to fix it?


P.S. i already tried stock bios, modded bios, overclocked, underclocked, different intensity, worksize etc...rig hashes a few seconds and then reboots...

I have the same problem, WIN 10, 1803 but with 7X 550, sistem stops at Initializing OpenCL devices, please wait... or heating up sistem....

Is this related to WIN 10 build 1803??? 

had 1709 before and worked perfectly on v7 with uptime for over a month  .... but i updated to v8 and also updated WIN in the process...

Any help with from the experts here?  Please

Hello, i have a small problem with my "small" rig ( 7x Rx550)  .
Just installed SMOS on a 120 GB SSD ( downloaded image, extracted, burned to ssd and changed email in config.txt )
After reboot, it updated SMOS to 1185 but i can't see my miner in the RIG List in the Dashboard of simplemining.net 

It gives an error on the local rig where SMOS is running:

Hello @all, i have 2 rigs with 7x RX550 each ( Elpida 2GB RAM ) with Windows 10 and SRBMiner 1.6.8 on both.
One is using Adrenaline 18.7.1 and hashes 2.8K ( down from 3.4 K on v7 ) and one is using Adrenaline 18.5.1 and hashes 2.5K ( down from 3.2 ) but did not find any share for the past 4 hours.

Is there a problem with 18.5.1 on Win 10 and RX550?  

RIG 1 => 2.5k ( intensity 26, worksize 24, theads 2) ( RX550 with 8 Compute units )  using Adrenaline 18.5.1 but no shares are being found
RIG 2 => 2.8K ( intensity 26, worksize 24, theads 2) ( RX550 with 10 Compute units ) using Adrenaline 18.7.1

P.S. If i set the worksize to above 24 ( ex:26 or 32) it BSOD's instantly. Maybe i overclocked them to hard???   ( 1000 core and 1950 Memory, without GPU errors on HWinfo ) and worked great on v7.
Power limit is set to +20%, because i read a few pages back that v8 uses more power.

Yes, that's why i meant, 2300 for 5x 550.

Update: got a 6th RX 550, Elpida memory also, doing 2800 on 6 cards now. ( intensity 400, worksize 8 )

If i give it intensity 432 and memory up to 2000 it crashes after 20-24 hours and i have to reset it.

Been running it with 2800 H/s , 400 intensity, worksize 8, 1100 core and 1950 memory for over a week with no crashes so far.    ( all on Elpida memory )

Doing 2300 on ETN for 5x 550 2GB ( ELPIDA )  ... think it's OK?
