Any idea when manual withdraws will be accepted and have any been accepted yet?

I'm not saying they deliberately want their site to be down, I'm aware websites go down from time to time.
The problem is the severe lack of communication.
I don't even mind if the blister team post a message in their native language as long as I can google translate it.

After about 15 mins the sites down.
Been down now for a while. No updates anywhere. Forum also down.
