Ethereum+: A Peer-to-Peer Digital Asset System
Abstract. The Ethereum+ network is a peer-to-peer digital asset system that enables direct exchange of value without going through a central party. A zero compromise blockchain with the inherent parallelism and performance characteristics of an unspent transaction output (UTXO) based architecture and the Turing Complete programming of Ethereum Virtual Machine (EVM) architectures. This is a breakthrough smart contracting and digital asset system based on SHA512 proof-of-work, designed for extreme throughput and scale.
What is Ethereum+?
Ethereum+ is a revolutionary network designed to solve the problems with all existing blockchains in terms of scale, parallelism and Turing Complete programming. It is possible to compose outputs in any manner, without compromising the inherent parallelism and performance characteristics of an unspent transaction output (UTXO) based architecture. Therefore, users can leave and rejoin the Ethereum+ network at will and be assured of the integrity and authenticity of their digital assets.

That's nice, but can you en light me who Agora Financial is? I hear about them for the first time..
One of the biggest financial publications out there, they've been covering stocks for over 40 years and some very few altcoins considered real world usage by them like shift.

$8 is very low target for SHIFT. I'm sure that we will see the price of $25 - $30 
The idea is awesome.20$ target is definitely possible but not for this year imo, 5-8$ is much more achievable before year ends.
My bet for this year is between 4-6$, just rising to 60k sats would take us to 5$, so pretty easy to achive. And for next year, a minimum of 10$, probably before spring once the alt season starts.
There are more than 700 coins, almost imposible to study all of them, so I'm thinking It would be a nice idea to share those coins with great potential that are hidden under so many shitcoins, vaporware and empty shilling. Do NOT just shill a coin name, justify and give reasonable arguments pls. My pick is SHIFT.

SHIFT is probably one of those hidden gems. Viable product already in testnet, while they spect to launch the final product in december. The first IPFS Decentralized website hosting + data storage, they already came out with a solution for dynamic DNS for IPFS, and they just have a 10 million marketcap . They will reach almost 100% sure 100 million marketcap in the next alt rally, easy 10x, and if the market get a bit crazy they could reach 1k million market cap, 100x.

Step by step team, well done! Its not easy not to be overhyped with this project, incredible and advanced development, product almost ready and done, and a ridiculous low marketcap. With the new marketing plan and the release of phantom this is a easy x10 before year ends, 100 million marketcap.
