There is a lot of love for quality new members. It's the spambies that are the ones that the rules are intended to control. I suspect a lot of the 150-200 are spambies promoted by their alts and sponsors. I think the good news is that the new rules highlight these members and their puppet masters. If there are too many, then the next stage will have to be sig removal for juniors.
The site needs quality posts because it is really needed for a better advertising of products and or projects. And so many are just spamming and giving off merits to their alts just to rank it up. I think this system could probably go up in time where juniors will really be stripped off of their signature. And certainly this will help clean the system of newbies and juniors who are not really making good post. I think it will be good to see higher ranking forum member's posts in the site so that they can act as a good example.
Nay. To keep making the forum stricter is a good idea. The system of the forum already handled that. It takes a lot to become a member. The ad already appropriated rewards to users depending on their ranks. Thats enough. If you want more rewards you do more.

What do you mean by that? Its just some graphics. But its high time we started looking at the use case of altcoins too. Cos thats a popular usecase of BTC. You cant take it away from crypto currency market. Each supports the other.

Which will be the best altcoin to invest this year? It was ripple last year where investors got the jackpot with a short term investment and I think stellar will be the altcoin to look after this year and what are your opinions?
In my opinion, This time not a good time to make the investment. So I do invest in any coin. I am waiting until the bitcoin hit bottom and invest the bitcoin only. Thant the problem. Everyone want to make a gain without working. There aint no dip. Every price is a dip or ATH and that depend on us all. Vitalik was right, crypto needs to work on the use case. Its use in scams aint goin to help the bear markets. The next bull run could go as high as Btc=40000USD, but that would result from the usecase, and final general acceptance.

Yes this is the right time to choose and buy any crypto coins as you the reason the values are opt to buy high number of coins. Just be picky and choose the coins with good growing trend.
I dont think theres a trend. All I see is risks. Theres a pump on XRP and theres goin be a resulting dump expect btc goes up along with some other altcoins.
XRP odd centralization might not be the best crypto currency model. Since crypto is all about decentralized economy. But its odd features makes it the crypto currency that could be easily adapted as a world currency. Linking both fiat from banks and crypto currencies from exchanges.
