I really like the idea behind this, super use case. I really like the change in structure for the IPO/ICO it is much more consistent with what i'd expect for an in-game type currency. That being said, before I put down some BTC for this venture, I'd really like some timeframes etc, where does the development for the game stand conceptual, pre-alpha, beta etc.. If I put money into this will we see a game at launch or will it only happens months from now? Maybe I should start by asking whether the roadmap will be out before the end of the IPO/ICO lol that would give me a better idea of what I'm investing in.

Seconded. A project plan/roadmap would be very helpful.

We should have a road map of defined goals and dates tomorrow

Is the purpose of this coin to create a stable, long-term growth app coin with a purpose or just another pump-and-dump? Because it seems to me that abruptly changing the nature of the ICO (especially after taking people's money) to help create buzz for the coin suggests this is just about another money grab.

The way this works seems perfectly straightforward to me - people send whatever amount they are able to or wish to, then they receive a proportionate share based on their contribution.

The only part that hasn't been stated explicitly is how the coins will be disbursed to the people who paid. My assumption is that wallets will be made available and then we'll be asked via PM for an address if we contributed.  What is the need to rush to an exchange unless people are just looking for a quick profit or some kind of dopamine rush?

As a person who has been in crypto and involved with the bigger wigs in trading, I understand where this thought stems from. But the IBC team can NOT risk running with anyone's BTC in fear of lawsuit with Blocktech as well as other conditions. Rushing to an exchange would only be wanted if that is what a resounding amount of people in crypto want. We will do what we seem fit but take in the public majority strongly into consideration. Thank you for your feedback.

I wasn't expressing concern about you running off with the money; my concern is a rush to an exchange and what rapid course changes might suggest about how well planned out it is.

There were others in this thread who claimed that the entire thing was confusing, which it doesn't seem to be. I was merely saying that the exact method of distribution hasn't been explained in detail but was the only part that lacked detail.

Take into consideration we listened to both of you and understand both concerns.
Both of you have been positive members to this thread, and for that we thank you both.

I the dev, was under the impression people were becoming skittish of bittrex. But if it is a wanted subject we will contact the exchange and it would have to be redistributed differently. It's not at a pre-set price. Thank you for bringing this to our attention.

only if this is on an exchange and the coins are available immediately for trading like xcloud was i'll consider buying it.
Until then thanks but no.
Well then, we might end up redistributing.

what about the game? isn't this the noval part of the offering but you started you will seek seed funding so it appears that it is still way off in the distant future? if so, what do ppl do with this coin until then? if so, it would seem more logical to tackle it the other way: game first and then distribute the in-game coin.

For the game to have the best potential, we need to have a long distribution process. The mining schedule should reflect that come tomorrow.

So new this and just wondering, I donate to the presale, post a note here that I donated and a transaction number and amount.
The coins are split up based on the percentage of presale donations.  After you determine the amounts I would get, how do you send those to me?
By email, via this forum, via IRC?  Just wondering your thought process on this.
Thanks much
Coffee4Bill

You giving us the sending address will also act as the recipient of the coins.

i didn't buy syscoins ipo but i did buy sys at 550 after launch... if you were held at an exchange the coin would sell out fast and build interest...
After bittrex was hacked and 60 btc stolen, we felt putting the Pre-Sale address in the hands of Blocktech Financial was the smartest option.
It is sitting in a cold storage safety deposit box and whom's private keys have not been shown.
Thank you for your concern.

How much bitcoin you need to launch your project? What if you get only 1 or 2 bitcoin? Will you be able to run the project?
If I want to send some bitcoin I send you directly to the wallet and tell you on bitcointalk the amount I have sent?
Then when the coin will be ready you will send me the coins?

Thanks

Once again, this is just the presale of the coin network. Our project continues regardless of the amount of BTC. We are seeking seed funding right after the presale.

After the 7 days we will send out the coins respectively

wow ppl don't know how to launch an ipo... this is not good info nor is it appetizing for investors, the only thing u have going for u is block tech which is only ok... theres nothing showing how many have been sold or left for sale ...

The FAQ explains your concern. If 1 person only deposits .1btc then he gets all 50million coins. Plain and simple. All of the coins will be sold regardless.

OMG how can Blocktech which is connected to Bryce Weiner becomes reputable.  Did you know how Bryce Weiner tweets goodness about urocoin during the July 11 pump then tweets afterward that it maybe a scam.  I think Bryce Weiner of Blocktech is the biggest scammer in cryptoland.

I feel that is a question towards one of the many members of Blocktech. One person does not represent an entire company.

What will you do to bring some trust to your coin. For instance, will you give the code to some experienced members to approve it?

Well, as stated in the ANN Blocktech is handling the network side of things, and they are publicly trusted by exchanges and companies alike.
Source will be open as well.
If you don't trust Blocktech in crypto, then don't trust anyone.  Wink

I posted a few weeks ago on something like IronbankCoin thread. This thread is created on Aug 2. What happened to that one?
We locked it due it having old information and on a different account.

Speaking of the account, if you use your original username, people will trust you more. If I may ask, why don't you use it?

We have this account because 1 man can't be up all hours of the day.
Two people have access to this account while the Lead has the one made awhile ago.

I'm aware many here are after profit and profit only and care not for consequences. What I posted is not aimed at you but noobs you are trying to lure into your scam schemes.

One thing I will say is that your taken up role to tell the public your opinion is commendable. Thank you for posting in this thread your concern.

I can assure you that you are 100% wrong. Why would we waste our time and energy to string BlochTech into this just to pull off some kind of scam? Why would we waste their time? Why would we sacrifice the contract and terms we both agreed to?  BlockTech is handling the escrow. Furthermore, why would Bryce put his company's name and reputation on the line if this was a "scam?" Common man...

How many btc raised as goal ?

What is the dev timeframe and team size ?

Some more informations on the business plan would be appreciated.

There is not enough information available to treat this as a credible project imho.

200 BTC would be our first goal.

Timeframe on the first project of the company, (the game) is looking at a 3 month development period at the moment. This is subject to change.
But the application should be done by the end of next month.

So far this has been very smooth and we plan to keep it that way.

We are seeking Small Business Seed Funding and Plan to seek Series A funding afterwards.

ANN page will be updated many times before the Pre-Sale is over.

Is it okay to use an exchange account to send BTC to the pre-sale address? The only funds I have access to are on exchanges.
Yes but take into account that you will both have your exchange address public as well as you will have to pay withdraw fees. Same conditions apply
