just to make things a little bit clearer:
- there are a lot of people who try to earn money via multiple schemes, and arbitrage betting is one of them.
- that's not only our company who bans for these, you can check any book on this forum - most of them has such stories.
- as SyGambler said, the whole case is our words against his words. That's true, we can show numbers of his accounts, but we can't prove our refund or his IP since the case is old. And would you guys believe if i throw some addresses and IPs? no one provides us with that due to the very same reason - the case is old.
But it is said in our T&C that you get your deposit back when you violated the rules. - General Terms, p.20
- 1xbit exists since 2016, has about 1mln visitors every month, and updates daily. For that time any forum would be filled with scam accusations. But we see only few here. My case is not old provide please all proofs of arbitrage betting or multiaccounts but you cant because you just block my account because i win good at esports i dont know how a company who exist since 2016 make such a big drama for 220mbtc thats not serious

just to summarize
I played with my account and won very well at esports.
After I won a few times and paid money to a friend's wallet, my account was blocked with the balance of 220 mbtc.
At first I was accused of multiaccounting, then they said I had a connection to an account that I had never heard of.
Now I was blocked from 220mbtc and I got nothing back that means you kept all my money if you do that every 3rd time I understand why you are the leading provider in crypto betting.
There is no evidence that I violated the regulations or anything like that. These allegations are a cheek I recommend the community here not to play there until this case is properly investigated or evidence is presented for such allegations.
The only thing that I may have done wrong is that I sent a small part to my colleague on his wallet, which may have led to the fact that I was accused of the multi-account, I can't explain the whole thing, and offered them to do KYC via video on both accounts To prove it but don't get a single email back only here 1xbit replied to me a couple of times but nothing solid or useful to the matter.
I hope 1xbit meets me so that we can solve the problem together otherwise I think the question in my username has been answered with YES

i asked our security to investigate this case more precisely.
meanwhile, I'd like to describe what is considered as funds returning:
if a player deposited $100 into his account, won $200, took them out, and then put another $100 in. After that, his account was found violating the rules and was blocked. In that case, he will not get his $100 back, because he has already withdrawn the amount equal to his deposits
1. I dont have connection to the account they telling me maybe my friend have and they follow the transaction otherway they dont have any proof for multiaccount or violation of ther terms
2. Now i dont get anything back why they dont make inspection after i loose money just when i winning money?
I loose now my hard earned money for nothing
I want the 1xbit make better inspection on this case that can not be that they freeze my account with 220mbtc and dont pay anything back?

If a betting participant commits fraudulent acts in relation to a betting company (account 207021477 was connected with 189361001 account, which was banned previously for rules violation), the betting company reserves the right to stop such fraudulent acts by means of the betting company:
- betting cancellation;
- closing the client's account with a refund, but without taking into account the dishonest income received.
The amount of deposited funds is paid to the player in full.

i got a response from our security, your account 207021477 was banned due to connection to another account 189361001, which was banned previously for rules violation.
All deposited funds are returned to player in full.

Lets see if I got all this right. You registered account under your friend's referral link, your friend has many accounts, you won something and then you sent funds to your friend's wallet. Your friend deposited those funds to one of his 1xbit accounts and 1xbit blocked you. Seems you know a lot about your friend's activities.

after i win big on 1xbit i send to my friend who refeer my to 1xbit something on his wallet that he can play also and win something i have bet esports and he play casino games like monopoly completly diffrent account thats a scamming method believe me my friend also asking support for deleting all multiaccounts and the support replied with " no you can have multiaccounts its not problem"
