Nuclear weapons
by
Israelgogo
on 11/07/2025, 01:01:31 UTC
I have come to understand that the countries we mostly refers to as world powers or the big five like USA, Russia, China, Germany  etc all deals with nuclear weapons that post treats, fears and minority orientations to other countries. Countries like Arab, Iran, Irag, Pakistan and lots more have powers but do not actually have nuclear weapons to withstand or fight the big fives countries rather it has always be a thing of negotiations for resources, boundaries and scales rather than fights and win battles to know who control the world.

Africa has millions of people but can't boast of any weapons except retires guns and stainless used and abandoned by America's and Europeans, and that's why Africa can not stand for their rights like Burkinafaso today,
You can correct me on this statements.

Re: How do people when crypto is dropping?
by
Israelgogo
on 10/07/2025, 21:39:22 UTC
Please is long I'm trying to learn about crypto generally but I don't seem to understand most things as if am left out. I leant that even the crypto market is going against you can still make gain out of the situation because to me am only experiencing lost and depression. Please what do I do whenever the market is experiencing deepening? Is there a to reverse your trade or investment at that point that will make you gain instead of lost?

I feel you. That lost, confused feeling when markets tank and nothing makes sense - we’ve all been there. But most won’t admit it.

The idea that you can always make money, even when crypto drops, is technically true. People trade against the trend, open short positions, play futures, options, all that jazz. But here’s what no one tells you: doing that successfully takes years of understanding how markets actually function. It’s not just charts and vibes. It’s knowing how macroeconomics, global news, central bank policy, and institutional flows all interact. Most people don’t even know what an economic calendar is, let alone how to front-run a rate decision or interpret labor data.

Without that foundation, trying to reverse your losses by trading aggressively is like jumping into a storm with a paper boat. And in crypto - with 50x leverage flashing in your face - that storm gets lethal real fast.

Truth is, trading isn’t for everyone. And that’s okay. You don’t need to become a trader to survive or even thrive in this space. But if you do want to walk that path, start with humility. Accept that it’s going to take time, pain, and a lot of learning before you stop losing.

When markets drop, the smartest move might be to do nothing. Step back. Reflect. Study. Ask why things are dropping - not just the price, but the narrative, the momentum, the macro context. That’s where the real edge begins.

You're not too late. But you do need to slow down before you burn out.

I'm going to take advantage of this very comment because you make things more easier for me concerning crypto trading and investment, especially when you talk about knowing the economic calendar to know when to trade against the trend. Thank you

Well, your text gave me a slight headache, but let me see if i understood it correctly.
If you're into trading, then it's simple.
When the market goes up, you "long" it
When the market goes down, you "short" it.

You can make money in any situation if you're skilled and lucky enough. But these are futures trading, not spot trading

Wow, this sounds amazing, so I can actually benefit using this format and more likely if the trade is future trade, because I Really want to learn more about having long term trade. Maybe is because I was so quick to make gains  or even make profits where am totally out of investment ideas of BTC

Re: 11 more countries just joined BRICS this week

This should answer those who were wondering what is happening with BRICS. In their latest summit that was held in Brazil this week the leaders of BRICS nations welcomed a new full member, Indonesia and also welcomed 10 new countries that joined BRICS as partners: Belarus, Bolivia, Kazakhstan, Nigeria, Malaysia, Thailand, Cuba, Vietnam, Uganda, and Uzbekistan.

Apparently BRICS now represents roughly half the population and GDP of the entire world Cool

This is well informed of BRICS, is a coalition of about 5 major countries with economy power which includes Russia, India, China, South Africa and more to form intergovernment and is be funded by the members started in 2010 and they grew up with more members in 2024 and 2025, BRICS Nations is formed on the basis of freedom government and shares knowledge of economy and power. In January, 22nd 2025 Nigeria became the ninth new member country with others, indeed this makes BRICS Nations the largest population countries with a good gross GDP.

Let us not make this our local board are place where we come on vent our countries political frustration. OP j understand you mean well but if we just start creating thread like this we will only build a spam board.

We can talk about politics but just creating a short and below basic post like this were you just briefly talked about your political frustration is not what we need. Try to give quality depth or best relate politics with Crypto-currency as well as you can.

Well, thank you for your opinion about the post but I did not post because is personal political frustration to me but is a general concern in your country and I thought it wise to shared it in our local board but nevertheless I have take note of that and will my do best to post more politics with cryptocurrency related. We all mean well for the forum and countries

Youths need help from this vultures call leaders.
For how long are we to need help from them? You state it by yourself that the vulture keep devouring and eating our flesh for their survival only, you still want the youths to ask for help from the vulture call leaders. That's weird

Well, would I say, the future of this country doesn't belong to the youths as we are meant to believe. It's in the hands of those corrupt politicians who sit at the helms of the affairs of the country that decides who rule us and not to rule us.

Funny enough, we have wasted so many years on bad government. We are wasting 4 years in this regime, we don't know whether we will waste another 4 years in that same regime. Calculate it, how many years have you wasted in bad government as a Nigeria citizen? It's frustrating that the problems that our parents complained bitterly at, when they were kids, is still what we seeing today.

Yes, I will agree with you when you said the future of the country do not belongs to the youth but corrupt leaders, but then the same youths have no peace of mind, many are manipulated into bandits, boko Haram and militants for the same selfish politicians who at the same time will order the killing of this innocent boys, is like we have no saying in this country, no rights, no constitution for the poor ones.

So far all comments here are quite important but I wanted to see any further suggestions on how possible the country can be further improved or what the youths should do to avoid be part of the suffering community. I love seeing some people living independent life in a country of chaos or anarchy and adject poverty. What more improves point can we come up with please?

Re: Bad government instigate more crime
by

What do you think about this fraudulent criminals and government? Aren't they the same?
Bad government results to lesser jobs. And when there's less jobs, even the good people that cannot find any opportunity anymore will find opportunity in bad ways. While doing such shouldn't be tolerated and these guys have to be punished, they can still live somewhere and doing their things the normal way, not the crimes that they've done. While the discussion keeps going on, this will give more people the thought of what if the actual government are also the bad guys. Well, that's politics there and it will be an unending discussion.

That's true, checking at all nations where is no proper leadership and provision for job opportunities crime rate seem to be much high but these needs to be punished because lack of jobs is not excuse for criminal activities.

Bad government instigate more crime
by
Israelgogo
on 08/07/2025, 06:21:44 UTC
I was ashamed and embarrassed when I heard a Nigerian who scammed Trump of $250,000 and now our government is running here and there looking for the boys, we should think about the future of this boys, most of them are graduates and after several years of job hurting, they could not bear it again because the bad government can not provide jobs and their frustration led them to opportunity of crime scene, though am not in support of their actions and crime but poor leadership and poor economy system can cause their issues of crime. Thank God $40,000 is currently recovered from those guys and instigation is still on going. What do you think about this fraudulent criminals and government? Aren't they the same?

Some time I wonder where my country is going because th e hope we keep dreaming of is not forthcoming, years in years out we keep voting vultures instead of angels and the keep devouring and eating our flesh for their survival only. Nigeria is very big and blessed but the suffering masses is getting harder and higher. Many people are suggesting the east president, will this actually make a desirable change or what is the hope of the country, each day I walk out of the shore street of Nigeria I return home with tears feeling people's pain getting bigger than mine. Youths need help from this vultures call leaders.

Re: There is no time that is late when it comes to Bitcoin Investment
by
Israelgogo
on 30/05/2025, 12:37:20 UTC
I saw this post https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=5539752.0 on our local board which made me to create this thread the OP was talking about missed opportunities of how alot of person's missed out on to invest in Bitcoin when bitcoin was just starting and how rich people would have been if they had started early to invest in Bitcoin knowing the market value of Bitcoin.

But am of the opinion that there is no reason to regret because opportunities that are lost is lost the best thing to do is to see how you can make do of what is available in a bid of correcting what has happened, that is why am saying that when it comes to Bitcoin there's no time that is too late you can start today because the future of Bitcoin is getting brighter everyday that passes so starting with Bitcoin as of when you get to know of the opportunities that Bitcoin offers is the best no to regret of past opportunities.

Instead to regret start with Bitcoin today

Yes, I agree with the link post because there was added advantage when bitcoin started than now, let's look at my view of it:
1. When BTC came newly it was very cheap and affordable
2. It was easier to navigate than currently
3. The market value then was more achievable as per risk taken
4. Small amount then can purchase good and better figure rates than now that is a costly approach.
5. It was likely given to individuals by friends as gift or trade exchange than now
6. Bitcoin was not this competitive than now

So having the chance of acquiring or achieving good investment with bitcoin is 50/50% because the volatile changes of BTC can be quite scary when the heavy is against the investors. My opinion on current investors is to study the management risk involved in BTC now and invest what you can not lose.

Bad Governance Poor Society
by
Israelgogo
on 26/03/2025, 23:39:46 UTC
No society will grow or develop when the leaders or government aren't doing their job right. Many failed society was colb as the result bad form of government projected powers and administrative costs. Many Africa leaders are fixed or low in development priorities or even society. When leaders fails in their capacity to build expected society it cause such societal  crime and poverty-stricken members.
This also can lead to poor standard of living, bad government ruins the beauty of progressive society and create unemployment, bad government detorate peace and escalate hunger, theft, insecurities and cyber crime to the youth as only give choices where a failed leader is the head.

Re: why would someone think of suicide?
by
Israelgogo
on 02/03/2025, 21:43:22 UTC
now there are many suicides, especially because the economy that is still unstable makes them even more stressed.

but actually, apart from stress, what makes someone think about ending their own life? What do you think

My dear, you'll not comprehend everything about people, most suicides happens because of accumulated emotional thoughts, some battling challenges, some financial constraints, some mental healthy challenge, even sickness, heart brokes in family and relationship, business failure, rejection, depression and molestation, future or destiny disorder. Many people need people to just talk to because of loneliness. Even stress come as result of much  or little attention of needs and wants.

Re: Am broke but she still wants us to date, why?

Israelgogo
on 02/03/2025, 21:25:32 UTC
Is it wise for me to get into this relationship, will it last or will there be issues at the end
Be broke is not a crime, neither is it your wish but the truth must be told, 80% of ladies today can manage any guy because even if they accept is probably because they like you in person but liking will not foot their bills, and this days there is high rate of competition in everything including sex. Men who can not meet up lose their women to other men because they must cheat on you to meet up their needs, so be broke simply means to avoid some unaffordable lifestyle. Live your life per time, look for your size if the level you is not a crime, when you've money you change them too. Thank you

Past Nigeria and Present Nigeria
by
Israelgogo
on 23/02/2025, 20:14:33 UTC
History have had it that Nigeria use to be the best country in the world with estimation of 9.9 Million People, the country was known for so many things like natural resources, culture, military governance and politics, refined education system and welled defined relationship with other international countries. Countless of desires to see the formal Nigeria by present youths as pertaining transport to foreign countries with cheap dollars, going for education with less pennies and having surplus of available raw materials, one dollar equal one naira.

We have had past wonderful leaders ranging from Nnadi Azikiwe, S.L Akintola, Michael opara, Gen. Iziogu, Tarawa Balewa down to Obasenjo to some points. Nigeria became crisis ground in a quest to take power and. Oppress others instead of good governance, Gen Ojuku saw it from afar in 1967-1976 and agitated from freedom of easterners and south-south and he was fought by Gowon and he ran to exile and committed suicide.

Today Nigeria can no longer records good leaders with the intentions of moving the country to another level but stealing and corruption is now normal leaving the country in penury and poverty with streets of suffering Nigerians. My question is where do we miss it and what can be done?
