LPoS is so underrated, it's better than delegated staking (DPoS) as there's no minimum stake and the rewards go out instantly instead of being held in quarantine for months.
Also it's great seeing the staking service providers providing a range of service levels.

Ill get my thinking cap on but one question I have is hows the recruitment process going, and would it be worth offering a nice finders fee bounty on the pressing job vacancies?
