same issue aswell, withdrawel a small portion of BTC, contacted support, no answer yet.

7 days have passed, no withdrawal. Before that, I withdrew the minimum 30,000 satoshi in 4 days

I requested a withdrawal 5 days ago, the funds have not yet arrived in my wallet, although they guarantee a transfer within 6-24 hours. Who will say whether this is a temporary problem and whether the transaction will be carried out, or the withdrawal of funds has been terminated???
